【摘要】：正鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)干部工作在基層一線,是黨在農(nóng)村各項(xiàng)方針政策的具體執(zhí)行者,是農(nóng)村各項(xiàng)工作的組織者和指揮者,是聯(lián)系服務(wù)群眾最直接、最重要、最基礎(chǔ)的一環(huán)。因此,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)干部必須堅(jiān)持高度自覺的大局意識(shí),努力涵養(yǎng)開闊胸襟、多維視角、平和心境,做到能謀全局,善謀全局,切實(shí)發(fā)揮好溝通上下、聯(lián)系左右和傳遞信息的重要作用。
[Abstract]:The township cadres are the concrete executors of the Party's various principles and policies in the countryside, the organizers and commanders of the rural work, and the most direct, important, and basic links to serve the masses. Therefore, township cadres must adhere to a highly conscious sense of the overall situation, strive to cultivate broadmindedness, multidimensional perspective, peace of mind, can seek the overall situation, good for the overall situation, and give full play to the important role of communicating up and down, connecting with the left and right, and transmitting information.
