【摘要】：作為一個(gè)群眾型的革命政黨,中共政權(quán)的動(dòng)員實(shí)踐是卓有成效的。針對南下工作中的種種問題以及各地干部的差異性反應(yīng)與選擇,中共政權(quán)積極應(yīng)對,整合各種資源,發(fā)揮理論優(yōu)勢,借助組織動(dòng)員、物質(zhì)待遇、困難解決、精神鼓勵(lì)、微觀機(jī)制等多種途徑,巧妙地構(gòu)建起個(gè)體-家庭-政黨的良性互動(dòng)與互惠機(jī)制,形成南下動(dòng)員中的系列鏈條,有效地將南下中的困境逐一化解,并將干部反應(yīng)與選擇的差異降至最低,為南下戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As a mass-type revolutionary political party, the mobilization practice of the CPC regime is fruitful. In view of the various problems in the work to the south and the different reactions and choices of cadres in various localities, the CPC regime has actively responded, integrated various resources, brought into full play its theoretical advantages, and made use of organizational mobilization, material treatment, solutions to difficulties, and spiritual encouragement. The micro mechanism and other ways have skillfully constructed the benign interaction and reciprocity mechanism of the individual, family and political party, formed a series of chains in the process of southward mobilization, and effectively resolved the predicament one by one. The difference between cadres' reaction and selection was reduced to the minimum, which laid a foundation for the smooth implementation of the southward strategy.
