【摘要】：正相持階段到來后,中共敵后根據(jù)地面對日軍武力"清剿",生存困難。中共開展政治、社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)的全方位抵抗,與日軍周旋。由于在軍事上居于劣勢,要想"拿大兵力把敵人打垮打開局面,是不可能的",維持相持的平衡局面,是中共這一階段的目標(biāo);而作為相對強(qiáng)勢的一方,日軍要想徹底消滅自身控制區(qū)域里的中共武裝,改變這種平衡關(guān)系,也無法實(shí)現(xiàn)。這種狀況形成了一種看起來搖搖欲墜卻又堅(jiān)持不倒的平衡,是為"弱平衡"�？雌饋硎菑�(qiáng)弱分明的不對等均衡,現(xiàn)實(shí)中卻又意外地堅(jiān)韌。這種弱平衡狀態(tài)的形成和延續(xù),除了中共的努力
[Abstract]:After the coming of the phase of confrontation, the base areas behind the enemy lines faced with Japanese armed "suppression" and had difficulty in survival. The Communist Party of China launched a full range of political, social and economic resistance, and the Japanese army. Because they are militarily at a disadvantage, it is impossible to "bring down the enemy and open up the situation with a large force". Maintaining a balance between them is the goal of the Chinese Communists at this stage; and as a relatively strong party, It is impossible for the Japanese to change the balance if they want to wipe out Communist Party forces in their own controlled areas.
