【摘要】：正政治新常態(tài)孕育于黨的十八大,為改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定帶來充滿希望的新變化,開創(chuàng)出中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)新局面,這些新變化、新局面已經(jīng)成為中國政治的新常態(tài)。基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部是我國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部隊(duì)伍中較為特殊的群體,不但是基層政府的管理者,也是中央政府各項(xiàng)政策的具體執(zhí)行者,他們的政績觀正確與否直接關(guān)系黨和政府的形象,更關(guān)系基層民眾的福祉。因此,基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部適應(yīng)政治新常態(tài)、引領(lǐng)政治新常態(tài),擺脫傳統(tǒng)守舊的政績觀,破除政績焦慮與迷惘,樹立正確的政績觀,具
