【摘要】：黨內(nèi)政治生活是黨員和各級黨組織遵循黨章,履行權(quán)利和義務(wù),在黨內(nèi)進行活動、處理彼此關(guān)系的基本狀況和風氣氛圍。要以解決問題為突破口和主抓手,加強和規(guī)范黨內(nèi)政治生活。要精準把握黨內(nèi)政治生活,掃除加強和規(guī)范黨內(nèi)政治生活的思想障礙,明確各級黨委的領(lǐng)導責任和主體責任,強化各級紀委的監(jiān)督責任,建立健全黨內(nèi)政治生活的制度體系。要不斷完善黨的組織生活和民主生活會制度,正確認識、全面推進黨的組織生活和黨內(nèi)民主生活會的制度化、程序化,大力提倡務(wù)實會風。要積極改進黨的民主作風和工作作風,廣泛發(fā)揚民主,切實保障黨員權(quán)利,認真開展批評和自我批評,樹立正風正氣,培育健康的政治生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Party political life is the basic condition and atmosphere of party members and party organizations at all levels to follow the party constitution, fulfill their rights and obligations, carry out activities within the party, and handle the relationship between them. To solve the problem as a breakthrough and the main grasp, to strengthen and regulate party political life. It is necessary to accurately grasp inner-party political life, remove ideological obstacles to strengthening and standardizing inner-party political life, clarify the leading and principal responsibilities of party committees at all levels, strengthen the supervisory responsibilities of discipline inspection committees at all levels, and establish and improve the system of inner-party political life. It is necessary to constantly improve the party's organizational life and the democratic life meeting system, correctly understand, comprehensively promote the institutionalization and procedure of the party's organizational life and the democratic life meeting within the party, and vigorously advocate the practice of pragmatism. It is necessary to actively improve the party's democratic style and work style, extensively carry forward democracy, earnestly safeguard the rights of party members, conscientiously carry out criticism and self-criticism, set up a positive attitude, and foster a healthy political environment.
