【摘要】：正中國石油集團(tuán)公司黨組日前下發(fā)的《關(guān)于把紀(jì)律和規(guī)矩挺在前面把握運(yùn)用好監(jiān)督執(zhí)紀(jì)"四種形態(tài)"的意見》(中油黨組[2016]80號(hào))明確指出:"要不斷提高把握政策的能力,轉(zhuǎn)變工作理念,創(chuàng)新思路方法,公正廉潔執(zhí)紀(jì),規(guī)范和壓縮自由裁量權(quán),探索完善運(yùn)用‘四種形態(tài)’開展紀(jì)律審查的工作規(guī)則、方法和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。"這是黨組對(duì)運(yùn)用"四種形態(tài)"開展紀(jì)律審查工
