【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記強調(diào)指出,隨著反腐敗斗爭向縱深推進,我們要著力形成不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的體制機制。習(xí)總書記的講話,彰顯了反腐倡廉的意義和價值目標(biāo),指明了新時期開展黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗工作的路徑選擇和基本走向,是當(dāng)前和今后一個時期開展反腐倡廉工作的重要指南。十八大以來,黨中央采取了一系列高強度、高頻率的反腐措施,贏得了社會民眾普遍的認可,但如果沒有相應(yīng)配套的體制機制建設(shè),反腐就有可能出現(xiàn)"前腐后繼"的現(xiàn)象。為深入貫徹落實習(xí)總書記重要講話精神,扎實推進反腐倡廉工作的開展,就必須著力構(gòu)建黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的體制機制。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that as the fight against corruption moves forward in depth, we should focus on forming institutional mechanisms that are not corrupt, can't be corrupt, and do not want to corrupt. General Secretary Xi's speech highlights the significance and value goal of combating corruption and advocating honesty, and points out the path choice and basic direction for the construction of a clean and honest party and anti-corruption work in the new period. Is the current and a period of time to carry out anti-corruption work an important guide. Since the 18th National Congress, the CPC Central Committee has adopted a series of high-intensity and high-frequency anti-corruption measures, which have won the general recognition of the public. In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi's important speech, and to promote the work of combating corruption and advocating clean government in a down-to-earth manner, we must work hard to build a system and mechanism in which party members and leading cadres dare not corrupt, cannot corrupt, and do not want to corrupt.
