【摘要】：文章闡述了"書香干部"建設(shè)與全民閱讀推廣的相互關(guān)系,分析了"書香干部"建設(shè)存在的問題,提出了黨校圖書館在干部閱讀推廣過程中采取的可行對策,主張開展特色化的閱讀推廣,激發(fā)干部"想讀書"的興趣;開展專業(yè)化的閱讀指導(dǎo),傳授干部"善讀書"的方法;開展持續(xù)化的閱讀服務(wù),培養(yǎng)干部"恒讀書"的習(xí)慣等舉措。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the relationship between the construction of "book-fragrant cadres" and the popularization of reading by the whole people, analyzes on the problems existing in the construction of "book-fragrant cadres", and puts forward the feasible countermeasures adopted by the Party school library in the process of cadres' reading and popularization. It is advocated to carry out special reading promotion to stimulate cadres' interest in "want to read", to carry out specialized reading guidance and to teach cadres "good reading" methods, to carry out continuous reading services and to cultivate cadres' habit of "constant reading".
