【摘要】:正2013年習(xí)近平在全國(guó)組織工作會(huì)議上的重要講話和2014年中央印發(fā)的《黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部選拔任用工作條例》,都對(duì)新時(shí)期的黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部定了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、畫了像,那就是:信念堅(jiān)定、為民服務(wù)、勤政務(wù)實(shí)、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)、清正廉潔。但由于干部選拔任用工作是客觀對(duì)客觀(即崗位任職要求與候選人客觀條件)、客觀對(duì)主觀(即崗位需求與個(gè)人主觀努力)、主觀對(duì)客觀(即選拔對(duì)象的主觀表現(xiàn)與客觀素質(zhì))、主觀對(duì)主觀(即具有選拔權(quán)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)選拔對(duì)象
[Abstract]:The important speech delivered by the Xi Jinping at the National Organizing and working Conference in 2013 and the "regulations on the selection and appointment of leading cadres of the Party and Government" issued by the Central Committee in 2014 set the standard for the party and government leading cadres in the new era and drew a picture, that is, firm faith. Serve the people, be diligent and pragmatic, dare to take charge, be honest and clean. However, the selection and appointment of cadres is objective to objective (that is, post requirements and candidates' objective conditions), objective to subjective (that is, post requirements and individual subjective efforts), subjective to objective (that is, the subjective performance of the selection object.
