【摘要】：農村社會轉型對農村經(jīng)濟、社會、民主政治建設以及文化建設都產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響,同時農村基層黨組織也面臨一系列挑戰(zhàn)。社會轉型期間推進農村基層黨組織建設要做到:一是強化價值導向,加強農村黨員的思想政治教育,發(fā)揮農村基層黨組織對農村文化的引導作用,增強農村基層黨組織的思想文化話語權;二是推動城鄉(xiāng)黨建一體化建設,有效整合和綜合運用城鄉(xiāng)黨建要素資源,提高城市黨建對農村黨建的帶動作用,從而拓展農村基層黨組織組織資源;三是防止部分農村基層黨組織出現(xiàn)"家族化"傾向;四是提升農村基層黨組織的服務能力,增強農村基層黨組織的凝聚力和向心力;五是推動農村基層民主政治建設。通過培育農村干部民主作風、妥善處理農村基層黨組織與村委會的權力配置格局、發(fā)展農村基層協(xié)商民主等方面來推動基層民主政治建設。
[Abstract]:The transformation of rural society has had a profound impact on rural economy, society, democratic political construction and cultural construction. At the same time, rural grass-roots party organizations are also facing a series of challenges. In order to promote the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations during the period of social transformation, we should: first, strengthen the value orientation, strengthen the ideological and political education of rural party members, and give full play to the role of rural grass-roots party organizations in guiding rural culture. Strengthening the ideological and cultural discourse rights of rural grass-roots party organizations; second, promoting the integration of urban and rural party building, effectively integrating and synthetically utilizing the resources of party building elements in urban and rural areas, and enhancing the driving effect of urban party building on rural party building. In order to expand the resources of the rural grass-roots party organizations, the third is to prevent some rural grass-roots party organizations from appearing the tendency of "familization", the fourth is to enhance the service ability of the rural grass-roots party organizations and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the rural grass-roots party organizations. Fifth, promote the construction of rural grassroots democratic politics. By cultivating the democratic style of rural cadres, properly handling the power distribution pattern of rural grass-roots party organizations and village committees, and developing the rural grass-roots consultative democracy, the construction of grass-roots democratic politics can be promoted.
