【摘要】：正人們對廉政文化的理解一般限定在精神文化領(lǐng)域,屬于狹義文化的范疇;建設(shè)廉政文化的實踐工作主要是廉政教育以及廉潔從政的習(xí)慣養(yǎng)成和氛圍營造。隨著依法治國戰(zhàn)略的全面推進,反腐倡廉建設(shè)進入了運用法治思維和法治方式反對腐敗的新階段,由此引發(fā)了如何在法治視野下理解和建設(shè)廉政文化的思考。在法治視野下,廉政文化是一種廣義文化,包括基本精神或核心理念、制度體制和管理機制、行為規(guī)則規(guī)范、
