【摘要】：經(jīng)濟增長背后需要與之契合和支撐的政治結(jié)構(gòu)。干部異地交流制度下,不同來源的官員在推動地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方面存在差異。地方政府的官員與企業(yè)間存在相互依賴與互利的關(guān)系,契約關(guān)系的不同導(dǎo)致不同的官員對于企業(yè)的依賴、產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇具有不同的特征,進而形成了不同的發(fā)展績效。
[Abstract]:Economic growth needs to fit and support the political structure behind it. Under the system of cadre exchange in different places, officials from different sources are different in promoting the development of local economy. The mutual dependence and mutual benefit exist between the officials of local government and the enterprises. The different contractual relations lead to the different officials' dependence on the enterprises, and the choice of industries has different characteristics, thus forming different development performance.
