【摘要】：在分析黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部政治能力建設(shè)研究現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,提出政治能力是黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部最根本的能力,主要體現(xiàn)在政治理想、政治方向、政治立場、政治紀律等重要方面。提高黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部政治能力,是關(guān)系黨和國家前途命運的重大現(xiàn)實課題。把握國有企業(yè)干部隊伍建設(shè)的特點,著力提升國有企業(yè)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的政治能力:大力培育對黨忠誠、勇于創(chuàng)新、治企有方、興企有為、清正廉潔的國有企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人員隊伍;切實保證黨對國有企業(yè)干部人事工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)和對重要干部的管理權(quán);突出監(jiān)督重點,強化對關(guān)鍵崗位、重要人員特別是國有企業(yè)一把手的監(jiān)督管理。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the research on the building of the political ability of the leading cadres of the Party members, the author points out that the political ability is the most fundamental ability of the leading cadres of the Party members, which is mainly embodied in the important aspects of political ideal, political direction, political stand, political discipline and so on. Improving the political ability of Party members and leading cadres is a major practical issue related to the future and destiny of the Party and the country. Grasp the characteristics of the construction of state-owned enterprise cadres, focus on promoting the political ability of the leading cadres of party members in state-owned enterprises: vigorously cultivate the leadership team of state-owned enterprises that are loyal to the Party, have the courage to innovate, manage enterprises well, prosper enterprises, and be honest and clean; We should earnestly ensure the party's leadership over the personnel work of cadres in state-owned enterprises and the management of important cadres; and lay stress on the key points of supervision and strengthen the supervision and management of key posts and key personnel, especially the top leaders of state-owned enterprises.
