【摘要】：正伴隨改革開(kāi)放的持續(xù)推進(jìn)和社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的不斷深入,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部面臨的新情況、新問(wèn)題也隨之增加,在無(wú)現(xiàn)成經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供參考的情境下,如何幫助其樹(shù)立樂(lè)于創(chuàng)新、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)母母锞袷顷P(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)所在。這就要求社會(huì)必須給予其更大的寬容度,允許那些正在摸索探尋新興發(fā)展路徑的干部在不斷的試錯(cuò)、糾錯(cuò)中走向成熟,通過(guò)營(yíng)造科學(xué)的容錯(cuò)管理機(jī)制幫助他們解除后顧之憂,使其以更積極的態(tài)度克服創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中的障礙,高效維系其參與改革的熱情。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of reform and opening up and the deepening of social transformation, the new situation faced by leading cadres is also increasing, and how to help them establish a willingness to innovate in the absence of ready-made experience for reference, The spirit of reform that dares to bear is the key link. This requires society to give it greater tolerance, allowing cadres who are exploring the path of emerging development to mature through constant trial and error correction, and to help them relieve their worries by creating a scientific fault-tolerant management mechanism. Make it overcome the obstacles in innovation development with a more positive attitude, and effectively maintain its enthusiasm for participating in the reform.
