【摘要】:正伴隨改革開放的持續(xù)推進和社會轉(zhuǎn)型的不斷深入,領導干部面臨的新情況、新問題也隨之增加,在無現(xiàn)成經(jīng)驗可供參考的情境下,如何幫助其樹立樂于創(chuàng)新、敢于擔當?shù)母母锞袷顷P鍵環(huán)節(jié)所在。這就要求社會必須給予其更大的寬容度,允許那些正在摸索探尋新興發(fā)展路徑的干部在不斷的試錯、糾錯中走向成熟,通過營造科學的容錯管理機制幫助他們解除后顧之憂,使其以更積極的態(tài)度克服創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中的障礙,高效維系其參與改革的熱情。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of reform and opening up and the deepening of social transformation, the new situation faced by leading cadres is also increasing, and how to help them establish a willingness to innovate in the absence of ready-made experience for reference, The spirit of reform that dares to bear is the key link. This requires society to give it greater tolerance, allowing cadres who are exploring the path of emerging development to mature through constant trial and error correction, and to help them relieve their worries by creating a scientific fault-tolerant management mechanism. Make it overcome the obstacles in innovation development with a more positive attitude, and effectively maintain its enthusiasm for participating in the reform.
