【摘要】：延安時期是中國共產(chǎn)黨思想政治教育全面發(fā)展時期。這一時期黨的思想政治教育積累了許多寶貴經(jīng)驗,形成了較為完善的教育體系,并且取得了顯著成效。成效的取得與黨開展隱性思想政治教育有著密不可分的關(guān)系。隱性思想政治教育是一種對受教育者潛移默化地進(jìn)行影響并且寓于其他社會實踐活動中開展的思想政治教育的存在類型。延安時期中國共產(chǎn)黨隱性思想政治教育的開展,不但豐富了黨的思想政治教育理論,而且保證了黨的各項事業(yè)順利進(jìn)行。本文首先對延安時期隱性思想政治教育進(jìn)行了概述。從延安時期隱性思想政治教育的理論支撐出發(fā),對延安時期中國共產(chǎn)黨隱性思想政治教育的存在類型、特點和主要方法進(jìn)行了闡述。其中,概括了延安時期中國共產(chǎn)黨隱性思想政治教育的特點有滲透性、生活性、開放性以及潛隱性,總結(jié)開展隱形思想政治教育主要運用了感染教育法、典型教育法和組織豐富多彩的文體活動等方法。其次,主要從教育對象、黨的思想政治教育實效性目標(biāo)以及中國共產(chǎn)黨自身性質(zhì)這三個方面,分析論述了延安時期中國共產(chǎn)黨隱性思想政治教育的形成原因。接著,從為黨的建設(shè)提供了精神財富和實踐經(jīng)驗、推動革命隊伍的自身建設(shè)、提高群眾隊伍的思想覺悟、為革命事業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)四個方面,分析了延安時期中國共產(chǎn)黨隱性思想政治教育所取得的主要成效。最后,在分析取得的成效的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了延安時期中國共產(chǎn)黨隱性思想政治教育的經(jīng)驗及啟示:對隱性思想政治教育進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確定位;堅持以人為本,尊重差異;正確認(rèn)識隱性思想政治教育的本質(zhì),不搞形式主義;堅持思想政治教育的黨性原則;進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)育德,整體推進(jìn);在新的歷史條件下弘揚延安精神和創(chuàng)新隱性思想政治教育的方法。研究延安時期中國共產(chǎn)黨隱性思想政治教育,一方面有利于豐富思想政治教育的學(xué)科體系,另一方面,對當(dāng)前開展思想政治教育也有積極的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Yan'an period is the period of the overall development of ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China. During this period, the Party's ideological and political education accumulated a lot of valuable experience, formed a relatively perfect education system, and achieved remarkable results. The achievement of the effect is closely related to the implicit ideological and political education carried out by the Party. Implicit ideological and political education is a kind of existing type of ideological and political education which influences the educatee imperceptibly and is carried out in other social practice activities. The development of the implicit ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period not only enriches the theory of ideological and political education of the Party, but also ensures the smooth progress of the Party's various undertakings. This paper first summarizes the recessive ideological and political education in Yan'an period. Based on the theoretical support of implicit ideological and political education in Yan'an period, this paper expounds the existing types, characteristics and main methods of implicit ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period. Among them, it summarizes the characteristics of the implicit ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period, such as permeation, living life, openness and latent, and summarizes the use of the infection education method to carry out the hidden ideological and political education. Typical methods of education and the organization of rich and colorful cultural and cultural activities and so on. Secondly, from the three aspects of the object of education, the effective target of the Party's ideological and political education and the nature of the Communist Party of China itself, this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the recessive ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period. Then, from the aspects of providing spiritual wealth and practical experience for the party building, promoting the self-building of the revolutionary contingent, raising the ideological consciousness of the mass contingent, and laying the foundation for the development of the revolutionary cause, This paper analyzes the main achievements of the implicit ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the achievements, this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the implicit ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period: accurately positioning the implicit ideological and political education, insisting on people-oriented and respecting differences; To correctly understand the essence of implicit ideological and political education, not to engage in formalism, to adhere to the principle of party spirit of ideological and political education, to carry out systematic education of morality, and to promote it as a whole; Carrying forward Yan'an spirit and innovating the methods of recessive ideological and political education under the new historical conditions. The study of the recessive ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period is beneficial to enrich the subject system of ideological and political education on the one hand and has positive guiding significance to the current ideological and political education on the other.
