【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,絕大多數(shù)年輕干部都渴望靠實績謀求事業(yè)進步、實現(xiàn)個人理想抱負,但難免受一些不良風(fēng)氣的影響,違心迎合,則游走在違法違紀的邊緣;嚴格劃清界限,則被認為另類清高。尤其是在不良風(fēng)氣來自于直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的脅迫與裹挾之時,不少年輕干部更是進退兩難、無所適從。
[Abstract]:At present, the vast majority of young cadres are eager to seek career progress and realize their individual ideals and aspirations on the basis of actual achievements. However, they are inevitably influenced by some unhealthy atmosphere and are forced to go to the brink of breaking the law and violating discipline if they violate their will, and strictly draw a clear line. Is considered to be an alternative high. Especially when the bad atmosphere comes from direct leadership, many young cadres are in a dilemma.
