【摘要】：2013年6月至2014年10月期間,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在全黨范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展了黨的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng),這在歷史上是第一次。黨中央對(duì)開(kāi)展這次活動(dòng)高度重視,事前進(jìn)行了深入調(diào)研和周密的準(zhǔn)備,事后又跟上了督導(dǎo)和檢查,并以抓鐵有痕、踏石留印的決心把活動(dòng)抓好,最終,活動(dòng)取得了重大的成效,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的。對(duì)群眾路線進(jìn)行分析研究,對(duì)于貫徹落實(shí)群眾路線是有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。本文首先從群眾路線的理論淵源進(jìn)行了分析探究,對(duì)群眾路線的內(nèi)涵和發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了梳理。對(duì)群眾路線的理論淵源進(jìn)行分析探究,對(duì)于探究當(dāng)前貫徹落實(shí)黨的群眾路線是有積極意義的。隨著生產(chǎn)力的進(jìn)步,事物隨著時(shí)間的變化而改變,在改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),群眾路線的理論內(nèi)涵也在不斷豐富。當(dāng)前我們正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,貫徹落實(shí)黨的群眾路線的客觀環(huán)境也發(fā)生了變化。群眾的組成部分也和以往有了很大不同,群眾組成部分的變化隨之而來(lái)帶來(lái)了利益訴求的多元化,國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的局勢(shì)發(fā)生了改變,各種各樣思潮的興起,沖擊著人們的價(jià)值觀,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的興起帶來(lái)訊息的迅速傳播,這一系列出現(xiàn)的新形勢(shì)給貫徹落實(shí)群眾路線帶來(lái)了挑戰(zhàn)的同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇。面對(duì)一系列的新形勢(shì),筆者認(rèn)為必須正視所出現(xiàn)的新局面,用積極的態(tài)度對(duì)待新問(wèn)題,不應(yīng)該去逃避問(wèn)題,也不應(yīng)該遮掩問(wèn)題,更不能因循守舊,而應(yīng)該根據(jù)事物的發(fā)展變化,與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的調(diào)整方式方法。本文就新時(shí)期出現(xiàn)的一系列新現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了分析研究,對(duì)如何貫徹黨的群眾路線進(jìn)行了探索和研究,提出了貫徹落實(shí)的新路徑。
[Abstract]:From June 2013 to October 2014, the Communist Party of China carried out the mass line education and practice activities throughout the Party for the first time in history. The CPC Central Committee attached great importance to carrying out this activity, conducted in-depth investigation and thorough preparation in advance, followed up with the supervision and inspection afterwards, and made a good effort to grasp the activity with the determination of grasping the iron marks and stepping on the stone imprint. In the end, the activity achieved significant results. The expected goal has been achieved. To carry on the analysis and research to the mass line, it is of practical significance to carry out the mass line. In this paper, the theoretical origin of mass line is analyzed, and the connotation and development process of mass line are combed out. It is of positive significance to probe into the theoretical origin of mass line in order to carry out the Party's mass line at present. With the progress of productive forces, things change with time. Since the reform and opening up, the theoretical connotation of mass line has been enriched. At present, we are in a period of social transformation, and the objective environment for carrying out the Party's mass line has also changed. The components of the masses are also very different from those of the past. The changes in the components of the masses have brought about the diversification of interest demands, the international and domestic situation has changed, and the rise of various trends of thought has impacted people's values. The rise of network technology brings the rapid dissemination of information, which brings challenges to the implementation of the mass line as well as opportunities. In the face of a series of new situations, I think that we must face up to the new situation and treat the new problems with a positive attitude. We should not avoid the problems, nor should we cover up the problems, let alone be conservative, but should be based on the development and changes of things. This paper analyzes and studies a series of new phenomena in the new period, explores and studies how to carry out the mass line of the Party, and puts forward a new way to carry out the Party's mass line.
