【摘要】：正作為區(qū)委書記,要把管黨治黨的主體責(zé)任堅(jiān)實(shí)地扛在肩上,做到內(nèi)化于心、外化于行,推動(dòng)全面從嚴(yán)治黨在基層落地生根、開花結(jié)果。一是層層壓實(shí)責(zé)任,增強(qiáng)管黨治黨行動(dòng)自覺。建立層層壓力傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制,明確各級(jí)"一把手"履行第一責(zé)任人、一崗雙責(zé)、抓班子、帶隊(duì)伍等職責(zé)任務(wù)。建立鎮(zhèn)(街)黨政"一把手"和區(qū)直部門、單位主要負(fù)責(zé)人向區(qū)全委會(huì)"述紀(jì)述責(zé)述廉"、專題黨建述職等載體活動(dòng)。把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部落實(shí)從嚴(yán)治黨工作情況形成工作考核記錄在案,
[Abstract]:As the secretary of the district party committee, we should firmly shoulder the main responsibility of managing the party and running the party, so as to internalize and externalize the party, so as to promote the overall and strict administration of the party to take root at the grass-roots level and bring forth fruit. First, layer by layer compaction responsibility, strengthen the party administration action conscious. Establish layer by layer pressure transmission mechanism, clear all levels of "head" to perform the first responsible person, one post and two responsibilities, grasp the team, lead the team and other duties.
