【摘要】:正長期以來,對(duì)國有企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)形成怎樣的治理結(jié)構(gòu),一直存在不同的認(rèn)識(shí)。有的認(rèn)為搞現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度就需完全同國際接軌,完全照搬西方的治理結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)于黨組織在國企中的地位認(rèn)識(shí)不清。有的企業(yè)對(duì)于黨委、董事會(huì)、經(jīng)理層的權(quán)責(zé)邊界模糊不清,很大程度上導(dǎo)致國企治理結(jié)構(gòu)的混亂,國企黨建工作的虛化、弱化、淡化和邊緣化,對(duì)國企的改革發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響。習(xí)近平
[Abstract]:For a long time, the state-owned enterprises should form what kind of governance structure, there has been different understanding. Some people think that to develop a modern enterprise system, it is necessary to fully conform to international standards, copy the western governance structure completely, and do not have a clear understanding of the position of party organizations in state-owned enterprises. In some enterprises, the boundaries of power and responsibility of party committees, boards of directors, and managers are blurred, which to a large extent leads to confusion in the governance structure of state-owned enterprises, the vanity, weakening, weakening and marginalization of party building work in state-owned enterprises.
