【摘要】：正一、問題提出:預(yù)防和懲治腐敗的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境十八大以來中央持續(xù)保持反腐敗的高壓態(tài)勢(shì),目前"不敢腐的目標(biāo)初步實(shí)現(xiàn),不能腐的制度日益完善,不想腐的堤壩正在構(gòu)筑"。~([1])據(jù)中紀(jì)委發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2016年全年共查處違反中央八項(xiàng)規(guī)定精神問題40827起,處理57723人,給予黨紀(jì)政紀(jì)處分42466人,受處分人數(shù)占處理人數(shù)的73.6%。~([2])與2015年(2015年的上述數(shù)據(jù)分別為36911起、49508人、33966人和67.1%~([3]))相比,2016年查處問題數(shù)、受處理人數(shù)、受黨紀(jì)政紀(jì)處分人數(shù)和受處分人數(shù)占比都有所上升。數(shù)據(jù)
[Abstract]:First, the question is raised: the realistic dilemma of preventing and punishing corruption has been maintained by the central authorities in a state of high pressure since the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee. At present, the goal of "not daring to corrupt" has been preliminarily realized, and the system of "not to corrupt" has become increasingly perfect. According to data released by the Central discipline Inspection Commission, 40827 cases of spiritual problems in violation of the eight regulations of the Central Committee were dealt with in 2016, 57723 people were dealt with, and 42466 people were given disciplinary sanctions by the party and the government, according to the data released by the Central discipline Inspection Commission. Compared with the data of 36911 cases (49508) in 2015 (33 966) and 67.1% ([3]) in 2015, the number of people dealt with, the number of people punished, the number of disciplinary sanctions and the number of people punished have increased in 2016 compared with the data of 36911 cases (49,508) and 67.1% ([3]) in 2015. data
