十六大以來(lái)黨的教育思想研究

【摘要】:黨的教育思想是黨的思想寶庫(kù)的重要組成部分,也是馬克思主義教育思想中國(guó)化的偉大成果。十六大以來(lái),我黨在繼承馬克思、恩格斯、列寧以及以毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民為核心黨的三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的教育思想基礎(chǔ)上,又創(chuàng)造性地發(fā)展出具有時(shí)代特色的教育思想,引領(lǐng)新世紀(jì)以來(lái)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,并取得了舉世矚目的成就。 當(dāng)前,十六大以來(lái)黨的教育思想理論系統(tǒng)性研究尚處于初始階段。本文緊緊圍繞十六大以來(lái)黨的教育思想這個(gè)主題,梳理了其理論源泉,指出其是對(duì)馬克思、恩格斯、列寧以及以毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民為核心黨的三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的教育思想的繼承和創(chuàng)新;分析了其國(guó)內(nèi)外背景,認(rèn)為其是對(duì)國(guó)際教育發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)變革趨勢(shì)的積極回應(yīng);概括了其基本內(nèi)容和主要特征,包括以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)教育全局發(fā)展,以教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展作為基本政策,以育人為本作為教育工作的根本要求,以改革創(chuàng)新作為教育發(fā)展的根本動(dòng)力,以促進(jìn)公平和提升質(zhì)量作為教育發(fā)展的兩大主題等;總結(jié)了其對(duì)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的意義,如教育普及水平進(jìn)一步提高,素質(zhì)教育進(jìn)一步落實(shí),教育公平進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)等;展望了其對(duì)我國(guó)未來(lái)教育的深遠(yuǎn)影響,主要體現(xiàn)為深化教育優(yōu)先發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,全面落實(shí)立德樹人根本任務(wù),努力辦好人民滿意的教育,構(gòu)建惠及全民的公平教育體系,全面深化教育體制機(jī)制改革,力爭(zhēng)成為世界教育強(qiáng)國(guó)。
[Abstract]:The Party's educational thought is an important part of the Party's ideological treasure-house and a great achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist educational thought. Since the 16th National Congress, on the basis of inheriting the educational thoughts of Marx, Engels, Lenin and three generations of central leading collectives with Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin as the core party, our Party has creatively developed the educational thought with the characteristics of the times. Leading the development of education in China in the new century, and has made remarkable achievements. At present, the systematic study of the Party's educational thought theory since the 16th National Congress is still in its initial stage. This paper closely revolves around the theme of the Party's educational thought since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), combing its theoretical source, pointing out that it is about Marx, Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping. Jiang Zemin as the core of the Party's three generations of central leadership collective education ideas inheritance and innovation, analysis of its domestic and foreign background, think that it is an active response to the international education development trend and the trend of domestic social change. This paper summarizes its basic contents and main characteristics, including guiding the overall development of education with the scientific development view, giving priority to the development of education as the basic policy, and taking the education of people as the basic requirement of the educational work. Taking reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force of educational development, promoting equity and improving quality as the two major themes of educational development, this paper summarizes its significance to the development of education in China, such as the further improvement of the level of education popularization. Further implementation of quality-oriented education, further enhancement of educational equity, etc., and the prospect of its far-reaching impact on our country's future education is mainly reflected in deepening the strategy of giving priority to education and comprehensively carrying out the fundamental task of building up people by virtue. We should strive to run a satisfactory education for the people, build a fair education system that benefits the whole people, deepen the reform of the educational system and mechanism, and strive to become a powerful country in education in the world.
