【摘要】：正在全黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部中開展的"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"專題教育,追求"三嚴(yán)"的政德建設(shè)和"三實(shí)"的政績(jī)追求的辯證歷史統(tǒng)一,是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人研究和把握?qǐng)?zhí)政規(guī)律的新探索。一、踐行"三嚴(yán)三實(shí)"的客觀要求是政德和政績(jī)的辯證歷史統(tǒng)一政德和政績(jī)的辯證歷史統(tǒng)一,是一個(gè)政黨執(zhí)政水平高低和能否實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)政的大問題。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的學(xué)習(xí)、修養(yǎng)、能力和素質(zhì)的加強(qiáng)和提高,于治國(guó)理政事業(yè)中的落腳點(diǎn)就是政德和政
[Abstract]:It is a new exploration for the Chinese Communists to study and grasp the ruling law of the Communist Party of China by carrying out the special education of "three strict and three facts" among the leading cadres of the whole party and pursuing the dialectical historical unity of the construction of political morality of "three strict" and the pursuit of achievements of "three realities". First, the objective requirement of practicing "three strict and three facts" is the dialectical historical unity of political morality and achievements, and it is a big problem whether a political party can govern for a long time or not. To strengthen and improve the study, cultivation, ability and quality of leading cadres is the goal of political ethics and politics in the cause of governing the country.
