【摘要】：我國(guó)正值推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,“四個(gè)全面”的研究逐漸成為馬克思主義中國(guó)化研究中的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)研究問(wèn)題。而“全面從嚴(yán)治黨”作為“四個(gè)全面”的重要組成部分,一方面指出了在新的社會(huì)歷史背景下,黨建工作的新方向,另一方面,也對(duì)新時(shí)期下我黨的黨建工作做出了新要求。全面從嚴(yán)治黨,也必須積極的借鑒我黨在歷史的發(fā)展中所形成的優(yōu)秀黨建思想和成果。全面從嚴(yán)治黨,作為我黨黨建的新思路,必然與這些我黨歷史中的優(yōu)秀黨建思想存在著密切的聯(lián)系,而只有在這種聯(lián)系中,才能更好地把握馬克思主義中國(guó)化的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。鄧小平黨建思想作為鄧小平理論中的特定內(nèi)容,與全面從嚴(yán)治黨,都屬于黨建研究的同一“范疇”下,二者有著天然的聯(lián)系,弄清二者之間的關(guān)系,必然可以從另一個(gè)方面加深對(duì)全面從嚴(yán)治黨的認(rèn)識(shí)。同時(shí),從實(shí)踐的層面上來(lái)看,鄧小平黨建思想中所體現(xiàn)的方法論,也對(duì)全面從嚴(yán)治黨的推進(jìn)有著巨大的借鑒意義。本文的緒論部分著重探討了鄧小平黨建思想和全面從嚴(yán)治黨的研究現(xiàn)狀、研究?jī)r(jià)值和研究方法。第一部分,著重闡述了鄧小平黨建思想的發(fā)展歷程與內(nèi)容,提出鄧小平的黨建思想的發(fā)展可以分為三個(gè)歷程:民主革命時(shí)期的初步探索階段、社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)時(shí)期、改革開(kāi)放后的深入發(fā)展階段。同時(shí),從指導(dǎo)思想、組織、作風(fēng)建設(shè)上闡述了鄧小平黨建思想的內(nèi)容。第二部分,歸納鄧小平黨建思想的特點(diǎn)。依據(jù)社會(huì)發(fā)展的變化提出黨建新問(wèn)題,重新確立了實(shí)事求是的思想路線為黨建工作的中心,恢復(fù)和健全民主集中制為黨建工作的根本組織制度,認(rèn)為黨員干部的“四化”是黨建工作的新目標(biāo),處理好反腐敗與改革開(kāi)放的關(guān)系是黨建工作的新任務(wù),分析了鄧小平黨建思想對(duì)馬克思主義方法論的應(yīng)用。第三部分,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了全面從嚴(yán)治黨的提出及其內(nèi)涵意義,為下文闡釋鄧小平黨建思想對(duì)全面從嚴(yán)治黨的啟示進(jìn)行了鋪墊。第四部分,主要從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)層面上,探討鄧小平黨建思想對(duì)全面從嚴(yán)治黨的啟示,首先分析了鄧小平黨建思想與全面從嚴(yán)治黨的主要區(qū)別和內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,認(rèn)為實(shí)事求是的思想路線貫穿于全面從嚴(yán)治黨的各方面,強(qiáng)調(diào)堅(jiān)持民主集中制是全面從嚴(yán)治黨的根本組織原則,鄧小平黨員干部隊(duì)伍的“四化”目標(biāo)需要黨員踐行“三嚴(yán)三實(shí)”,并指出鄧小平反腐思想為全面從嚴(yán)治黨反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)的奠定了基礎(chǔ),鄧小平黨建思想的方法論也為全面從嚴(yán)治黨提供了借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:China is in the critical period of promoting the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, and the study of "four comprehensive" has gradually become a hot research issue in the study of Marxism in China. As an important part of the "four all-round", "ruling the Party in an all-round way" points out the new direction of the Party building work under the new social and historical background, on the other hand, it also makes new demands on the Party building work in the new period. To manage the Party comprehensively and strictly, we must actively learn from the excellent Party building thought and achievements formed by our Party in the development of history. As a new way of thinking of Party building, there must be close relation with the excellent Party building thought in the history of our Party, and only in this connection can we better grasp the development of Marxism in China. As a special content in Deng Xiaoping's theory, Deng Xiaoping's party building thought belongs to the same "category" of party building research, and makes clear the relationship between them. Must be from another aspect to deepen the understanding of comprehensive strict administration of the party. At the same time, from the aspect of practice, the methodology embodied in the thought of party building of Deng Xiaoping also has great reference significance for the promotion of comprehensive and strict administration of the party. The introduction of this paper focuses on the research status quo, research value and research methods of Deng Xiaoping party building thought and comprehensive and strict administration of the party. The first part focuses on the development process and content of Deng Xiaoping's party building thought, and points out that the development of Deng Xiaoping's party building thought can be divided into three stages: the initial exploration stage of the democratic revolution, the socialist revolution and the construction period. After the reform and opening-up stage of further development. At the same time, from the guiding ideology, organization, style construction elaborated the content of Deng Xiaoping Party building thought. The second part, induces the characteristic of Deng Xiaoping party building thought. On the basis of the changes in social development, we have raised new problems in party building, re-established the ideological line of seeking truth from facts as the center of party building work, and restored and improved democratic centralism as the fundamental organizational system for party building work. It is considered that the "four modernizations" of the Party members and cadres is the new goal of the party building work, and the new task of the party building work is to deal with the relationship between the anti-corruption and the reform and opening up. The application of the Deng Xiaoping Party building thought to the Marxist methodology is analyzed. In the third part, the author briefly introduces the proposition and meaning of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, which paves the way for the following explanation of the enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's thought of party construction to the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. The fourth part, mainly from the theory and the practice two levels, discusses the Deng Xiaoping party construction thought to the comprehensive strict administration party enlightenment, first has analyzed the Deng Xiaoping party construction thought and the overall strict administration party main difference and the intrinsic relation, Holding that the ideological line of seeking truth from facts runs through all aspects of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and stressing that upholding democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational principle of managing the Party in an all-round and strict manner. The goal of "four modernizations" in the ranks of Deng Xiaoping Party members requires Party members to practice "three strict and three realities", and points out that Deng Xiaoping's anti-corruption ideology has laid a foundation for the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party's anti-corruption struggle. The methodology of Deng Xiaoping's Party building thought also provides the reference meaning for the overall strict administration of the Party.
