【摘要】：全面從嚴(yán)治黨需要全黨大氣候,也需要基層小氣候。基層黨組織是黨的執(zhí)政根基之所在,其政治生態(tài)在黨內(nèi)政治生態(tài)中發(fā)揮著兜底作用。科學(xué)合理的測評體系是監(jiān)測、檢驗(yàn)基層黨組織政治生態(tài)狀況的依據(jù),是進(jìn)一步凈化、優(yōu)化基層黨組織政治生態(tài)的參考和導(dǎo)向。構(gòu)建基層黨組織政治生態(tài)測評體系需要從政治主體、文化、制度和行為等多維度進(jìn)行,堅(jiān)持科學(xué)性、全面性、實(shí)用性和前瞻性原則,同時(shí)要注重其實(shí)踐指向和群眾意見。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive strict administration of the party needs the Party's general climate, but also needs the grass-roots microclimate. The basic Party organization is the ruling foundation of the Party, and its political ecology plays a role in the inner-party political ecology. The scientific and reasonable evaluation system is the basis for monitoring and checking the political ecological status of the grass-roots party organizations, and is the reference and guidance for further purification and optimization of the political ecology of the grass-roots party organizations. It is necessary to construct the evaluation system of political ecology of grass-roots party organizations from the aspects of political subject, culture, system and behavior, adhere to the principles of science, comprehensiveness, practicability and foresight, at the same time, pay attention to the practical direction and the opinions of the masses.
