【摘要】：正為創(chuàng)新黨課形式,增強(qiáng)黨員教育有效性,徐州醫(yī)科大學(xué)在2013年5月推出學(xué)生黨支部"微黨課"試點(diǎn),首先在醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)院試行。"微黨課"是順應(yīng)新時(shí)代而產(chǎn)生的一種黨教新載體,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)黨課冗長、枯燥、實(shí)效差的弊病應(yīng)時(shí)而生。具有主題聚而精,切入小而巧,架構(gòu)簡而清,一言以蔽之,即"以小見大、見微知著"的特點(diǎn)。徐州醫(yī)科大學(xué)以"微黨課"作為學(xué)生黨員教育的有效載體,讓學(xué)生黨員走上講臺(tái),以黨情黨史、時(shí)事政治、社會(huì)新聞為切入點(diǎn),用自己的語言暢談黨性觀點(diǎn)。在實(shí)施過程中,"微黨課"與傳統(tǒng)黨課相比呈現(xiàn)出以下特點(diǎn):在授課主體上突出一個(gè)"眾",即黨課教育改變以往"一言堂"的形式,打破教師與學(xué)生的身份限制,把"話筒"交給學(xué)
[Abstract]:In order to innovate the form of party class and enhance the effectiveness of education for party members, Xuzhou Medical University launched a pilot program of "micro-party class" in May 2013, first of all in the Medical Imaging College. " Micro-party lesson "is a new carrier of party teaching, which comes into being in accordance with the new era. It aims at the malady of the traditional party class, which is long, boring and ineffective." With the theme of gathering and fine, cut into small and skillful, simple and clear structure, in a word, that is, "through a small part of the whole, see the characteristics." Xuzhou Medical University takes "micro-party class" as the effective carrier of student party member education, lets student member go to the podium, take the party sentiment history, current affairs and politics, social news as the breakthrough point, and use his own language to talk about the party spirit viewpoint. In the course of implementation, the "micro-party class" shows the following characteristics compared with the traditional party class: it highlights a "crowd" in the subject of the teaching, that is, the party lesson education changes the form of "arbitrariness" in the past, and breaks the identity restriction of teachers and students.
