【摘要】：文章以效力范圍達及全國的干部人事檔案政策法規(guī)為研究對象,按內(nèi)容和性質(zhì)將其劃分為四類:綜合管理類、具體管理工作環(huán)節(jié)類、專項工作類、流動人員管理類,縱向勾勒出干部人事檔案政策法規(guī)發(fā)展演變的歷史軌跡,并論述其特征,及其對我國干部人事檔案管理的意義。
[Abstract]:This article takes the effective scope and the national cadre personnel file policy as the research object, divides it into four categories according to the content and the nature: the comprehensive management class, the concrete management work link category, the special work class, the floating personnel management class, the article divides into four categories according to the content and the nature. This paper outlines the historical track of the development and evolution of the policies and regulations of cadre personnel archives, and discusses its characteristics and its significance to the management of cadre personnel files in China.
