【摘要】：中共十八大以來,習(xí)近平堅(jiān)持問題導(dǎo)向,著眼于馬克思主義政黨理論的運(yùn)用,著眼于管黨治黨問題的理論思考,著眼于管黨治黨新的實(shí)踐和新的發(fā)展,以正在進(jìn)行的管黨治黨實(shí)踐為中心,站在全面推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程、鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位的戰(zhàn)略高度,對從嚴(yán)管黨治黨作出了一系新部署,提出了一系列新要求,闡述了一系列新思想新觀點(diǎn)。特別是圍繞"建設(shè)一個(gè)什么樣的黨、怎樣建設(shè)黨"這一主題對管黨治黨理論基本問題的探索和回答,是習(xí)近平對管黨治黨理論的時(shí)代性貢獻(xiàn)。它體現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨管黨治黨的時(shí)代性、規(guī)律性、創(chuàng)新性,提升了管黨治黨理論的新高度,開辟了管黨治黨的新境界,增添了馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)理論的新內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Xi Jinping has adhered to the problem orientation, focused on the application of Marxist party theory, focused on the theoretical thinking of managing the party and governing the party, and focused on the new practice and development of managing the party. Focusing on the ongoing practice of managing the party and administering the party, standing on the strategic high plane of comprehensively promoting the new great project of party building and consolidating the party's ruling position, it has made a series of new arrangements and put forward a series of new requirements for strictly governing the party and administering the party. A series of new ideas and new viewpoints are expounded. Especially around the theme of "what kind of party to build and how to build the party", the exploration and answer to the basic question of the theory of managing the party and managing the party is the contribution of Xi Jinping to the theory of managing the party in the times. It embodies the epoch, regularity and innovation of the Communist Party of China in governing the Party, promotes the new height of the theory of governing the Party, opens up a new realm of governing the Party, and adds a new content to the theory of the building of the Marxist ruling party.
