【摘要】：重視調(diào)查研究是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和作風(fēng),也是我們黨的基本工作方法。二十世紀(jì)30、40年代黨內(nèi)大興調(diào)查研究之風(fēng),張聞天在晉陜農(nóng)村的調(diào)查活動(dòng)是這一時(shí)期持續(xù)時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)的一次調(diào)查,具有代表性和典型性。晉陜農(nóng)村調(diào)查為張聞天調(diào)查研究思想的形成提供了思想理論基礎(chǔ),也為新時(shí)期黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部重視調(diào)查研究有著重要的啟示作用。延安時(shí)期,黨內(nèi)開(kāi)展整風(fēng)運(yùn)動(dòng)以整頓文風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)、黨風(fēng),張聞天作為當(dāng)時(shí)黨內(nèi)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人,充分認(rèn)識(shí)到自己過(guò)去所犯的“左”傾教條主義錯(cuò)誤,是沒(méi)有對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查了解。在此背景下,他深入陜北、晉西北農(nóng)村分別對(duì)神府、興縣、楊家溝的生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系、土地問(wèn)題和地主經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致的調(diào)查分析,以實(shí)際行動(dòng)參加整風(fēng)。張聞天晉陜農(nóng)村調(diào)查,形成了一系列重要的理論成果:在調(diào)查的過(guò)程中形成獨(dú)特的調(diào)查研究方法;檢驗(yàn)了當(dāng)時(shí)黨中央關(guān)于土地改革的政策法令;凸顯了中國(guó)革命的主線是發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力;展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)農(nóng)村由傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代邁進(jìn)的生動(dòng)歷史場(chǎng)景,是中國(guó)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的歷史縮影。張聞天晉陜農(nóng)村調(diào)查所形成的理論體系具有重要的歷史意義:為他一生的調(diào)查研究工作提供了思想理論基礎(chǔ);在一定程度上繼承和發(fā)展了毛澤東調(diào)查研究理論;為延安時(shí)期馬克主義中國(guó)化作出重要貢獻(xiàn)。晉陜農(nóng)村調(diào)查對(duì)新時(shí)期我們黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部重視調(diào)查研究有著重要的啟示作用:調(diào)查研究是理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的橋梁;調(diào)查研究是聯(lián)系群眾的紐帶;調(diào)查研究是科學(xué)決策的重要依據(jù);調(diào)查研究是從嚴(yán)治黨、轉(zhuǎn)變黨的作風(fēng)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。深入研究和學(xué)習(xí)張聞天晉陜農(nóng)村調(diào)查所形成的思想理論體系,對(duì)于今天黨員干部繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)黨重視調(diào)查研究的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是的思想路線,轉(zhuǎn)變黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè),對(duì)于黨中央提出的全面深化改革,堅(jiān)定不移的走群眾路線,以實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族復(fù)興偉大“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”,推進(jìn)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Attaching importance to investigation and research is the fine tradition and style of the CPC, and is also the basic working method of our Party. In the 1930s and 1940s, the investigation activity of Zhang Wentian in Shanxi and Shaanxi was the longest one in this period, which was representative and typical. The rural investigation in Shanxi and Shaanxi provides the ideological and theoretical basis for the formation of the Zhang Wentian investigation and research thought, and also has an important enlightening effect for the leading cadres of the Party to attach importance to the investigation and research in the new period. During the Yan'an period, the Party launched a rectification movement to rectify the style of writing, style of study, style of the Party, and Zhang Wentian, as the main leaders of the Party at that time, fully aware of the "left-leaning" dogmatism mistakes they had made in the past. Is does not carry on the investigation understanding to the domestic actual situation. In this context, he went deep into northern Shaanxi and the rural areas of northwestern Shanxi Province, respectively to Shenfu, Xingxian, Yangjiagou productivity and relations of production, land problems and landlords economy in-depth and meticulous investigation and analysis, with actual action to participate in the rectification movement. Zhang Wentian Shanxi and Shaanxi rural survey, formed a series of important theoretical results: in the process of the investigation to form a unique investigation and research methods, to test the Party Central Committee on land reform policies and decrees at that time; The main line of the Chinese revolution is the development of productive forces and the vivid historical scene of Chinese rural areas moving forward from tradition to modernity is the historical epitome of the process of China's rural modernization. The theoretical system formed by the rural investigation of Zhang Wentian in Shanxi and Shaanxi has important historical significance: it provides the ideological and theoretical basis for his investigation and research work in his life, inherits and develops the theory of investigation and research of Mao Zedong to a certain extent. It made an important contribution to the Sinicization of Mark Doctrine in Yan'an period. The investigation in the countryside of Shanxi and Shaanxi has important enlightenments to the leading cadres of our Party in the new period: investigation and study is the bridge between theory and practice, investigation and research is the link between the masses, investigation and research is the important basis for scientific decision-making. Investigation and research is an important link in managing the Party strictly and changing the Party's style of work. By deeply studying and studying the ideological and theoretical system formed by the Zhang Wentian Shanxi and Shaanxi rural survey, the Party members and cadres today inherit and carry forward the party's fine tradition of attaching importance to investigation and research, adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts, and change the Party's style of work. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance for the Party Central Committee to deepen the reform in an all-round way, to follow the mass line unswervingly, to realize the great "Chinese Dream" of the Chinese nation's rejuvenation and to promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
