【摘要】：在陜甘寧邊區(qū)及各敵后抗日根據(jù)地實(shí)行的精兵簡政政策,本著實(shí)事求是的精神,把簡政和整風(fēng)學(xué)習(xí)相結(jié)合,檢查思想、精簡機(jī)構(gòu)、發(fā)展生產(chǎn),克服官僚主義作風(fēng),團(tuán)結(jié)根據(jù)地人民,在改變根據(jù)地困境的基礎(chǔ)上,為人民樹立了一個共產(chǎn)黨人執(zhí)政的良好的政府形象。本文通過簡單透析精兵簡政提出前中國共產(chǎn)黨的探索和這一議案提出的原因,揭示了精兵簡政經(jīng)驗(yàn)的時代意義。
[Abstract]:In line with the spirit of seeking truth from facts, the policy of streamlining military forces and simplifying government in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region and the anti-Japanese base areas behind the enemy lines, combines simple administration with rectification study, inspects ideas, simplifies organizations, develops production and overcomes bureaucratic style. On the basis of uniting the people in base area and changing the predicament of base area, we have established a good government image of the Communist Party in power for the people. By simply analyzing the exploration of the former Communist Party of China and the reasons for this motion, this paper reveals the significance of the experience of streamlining government.
