【摘要】：干部容錯(cuò)糾錯(cuò)機(jī)制中的"錯(cuò)"是黨政干部在工作或改革創(chuàng)新中出現(xiàn)的失誤。黨政機(jī)關(guān)和社會(huì)各界要容許此類失誤的存在,以便為那些銳意改革、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)者創(chuàng)造良好環(huán)境。糾錯(cuò)的目的不在于追責(zé),而在于幫助那些勇于創(chuàng)新而出現(xiàn)失誤的干部總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),重塑改革創(chuàng)新之信心。
[Abstract]:The "error" in the system of cadres' fault tolerance and correction is the fault of the Party and government cadres in their work or reform and innovation. The Party and government organs and all walks of life should tolerate the existence of such mistakes in order to create a good environment for those who are determined to reform and dare to act. The purpose of error correction is not to pursue the responsibility, but to help those cadres who have the courage to innovate and make mistakes to sum up their experiences and lessons and rebuild their confidence in reform and innovation.
