【摘要】：在現代社會,一個國家的執(zhí)政黨要爭取民眾對黨和國家大政方針的擁護和支持,要通過發(fā)揮政黨軟力量的柔性影響力,讓民眾樂意而不是被迫接受。中國共產黨軟力量是黨組織自身的價值觀念、行為方式、政策主張等所展現出來的非強制性且非誘惑性影響力。中國共產黨精神是黨在長期革命、建設和改革實踐中形成的思想情感、精神境界、信仰追求、品格意志、行為方式等方面的綜合反映,是中國共產黨的黨魂。黨的精神建設統(tǒng)領整個黨的建設體系,在黨的軟力量建設中處于核心地位。新時期應大力傳承弘揚中國共產黨精神,加強黨的精神建設,著力提升黨的軟力量。
[Abstract]:In modern society, the ruling party of a country should win the support and support of the people for the party and the government policy, and make the people willing to accept it by exerting the soft influence of the political party. The soft power of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is the non-mandatory and non-seductive influence shown by the Party's own values, behaviors and policy propositions. The spirit of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is a comprehensive reflection of the Party's long-term revolution, construction and reform in the fields of thought, emotion, spiritual state, pursuit of faith, character and will, and behavior, and is also the soul of the Party of the Communist Party of China. The Party's spiritual construction dominates the whole party's construction system and plays a central role in the party's soft power construction. In the new period, we should carry forward and carry forward the spirit of the Communist Party of China, strengthen the construction of the spirit of the Party, and promote the soft power of the Party.
