【摘要】：2016年底,中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院頒發(fā)的《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢(shì)下高校思想政治工作的意見》強(qiáng)調(diào),高校思想政治工作要堅(jiān)持落實(shí)黨委的主體責(zé)任。黨委的主體責(zé)任主要體現(xiàn)在以下三方面的內(nèi)容:一是要進(jìn)一步清除重教學(xué)科研輕學(xué)生工作的定勢(shì),始終堅(jiān)持教學(xué)、科研和學(xué)生工作三個(gè)輪子一起轉(zhuǎn);二是要進(jìn)一步破除就學(xué)生抓學(xué)生的做法,始終堅(jiān)持學(xué)生、教師和干部三支隊(duì)伍一起抓;三是要進(jìn)一步消除管理學(xué)生是學(xué)生部門職責(zé)的理念,堅(jiān)持黨委主體責(zé)任、學(xué)院第一責(zé)任和職能部門直接責(zé)任一起落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2016, the "opinions on strengthening and improving the ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council stressed that ideological and political work in colleges and universities should persist in carrying out the main responsibility of the party committees. The main responsibility of the Party committee is mainly embodied in the following three aspects: first, we should further eliminate the stereotype of attaching importance to teaching and scientific research, and always adhere to the three wheels of teaching, scientific research and student work; Second, it is necessary to further break the practice of students grasping students and always adhere to the three teams of students, teachers and cadres together; third, to further eliminate the idea that managing students is the responsibility of student departments, and to adhere to the principal responsibility of party committees. The first responsibility of the College and the direct responsibility of the functional department are carried out together.
