【摘要】：民辦高等教育歷經(jīng)30余年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為"我國教育事業(yè)的重要增長點和促進教育改革的重要力量"。但是,由于內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的原因,民辦高校發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)不均衡狀態(tài),正面臨重新"洗牌"。隨著民辦教育法律法規(guī)的完善,我國的民辦高校經(jīng)歷初創(chuàng)階段的無序競爭后,正向著優(yōu)勝劣汰、有序競爭的方向發(fā)展。新的發(fā)展形勢使得民辦高校的黨建工作面臨新的課題,應(yīng)進一步明確民辦高校黨組織的定位,加強黨組織建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮黨組織在民辦高校各項工作中的政治核心作用,從而促進民辦高校的穩(wěn)定和健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of development, private higher education has become an important growth point and an important force to promote the reform of education in our country. However, due to the internal and external environment, the development of private colleges and universities presents an unbalanced state, is facing a reshuffle. With the perfection of the laws and regulations of private education, the private colleges and universities in our country are developing towards the direction of survival of the fittest and orderly competition after experiencing the disorder competition in the initial stage. The new development situation makes the party construction work of the private colleges and universities face new problems. It is necessary to further clarify the position of the party organizations in private colleges and universities, strengthen the party organization construction, and give full play to the political core role of the party organizations in the various work of private colleges and universities. So as to promote the stability and healthy development of private colleges and universities.
