【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,習近平總書記多次強調(diào),要堅持"三個區(qū)分開來","三個區(qū)分開來"清楚地劃分了容錯機制的適用范圍,明確了哪些錯誤和失誤是可以納入容錯機制的,哪些錯誤和失誤是要接受處罰的。因此,正確把握習近平總書記提出的"三個區(qū)分開來"具有重要意義,這是容錯糾錯理論發(fā)展的新階段,是黨建理論的新突破,是全面深化改革的重大創(chuàng)新。
