【摘要】：男女平等是婦女發(fā)展的重要目標(biāo),也是衡量現(xiàn)代文明的重要尺度。鄧穎超是中國婦女運動的杰出領(lǐng)袖,她的婦女解放思想對中國婦女解放運動產(chǎn)生了積極的推動作用。新民主主義革命時期,鄧穎超就高度重視婦女解放問題,并就婦女解放問題提出了許多新思想和新舉措。研究新民主主義革命時期鄧穎超的婦女解放思想,能為各級政府部門制定促進婦女工作的相關(guān)政策措施提供理論上的新視角和實踐上的新路徑,對于促進女性健康成長,推動女性的“全面發(fā)展”,充分開發(fā)女性人力資源等均有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。本文就新民主主義革命時期鄧穎超的婦女解放思想進行了如下方面的研究:一、闡述了新民主主義革命時期鄧穎超婦女解放思想的形成條件。即馬克思主義婦女觀的深刻影響,西方女權(quán)主義理論的日漸浸染,維護婦女人權(quán)的迫切需要,中國女權(quán)運動的現(xiàn)實呼喚,歷史上巾幗英雄的榜樣激勵等。二、理析了新民主主義革命時期鄧穎超婦女解放思想的主要內(nèi)容。一方面,從推動中國的革命進程、促進社會和諧進步、實現(xiàn)婦女全面發(fā)展等方面論述了婦女解放的重要意義。另一方面,提出了一系列婦女解放的實現(xiàn)舉措。即沖破封建禮教,爭取男女平等;接受黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),投身革命實踐;健全婦女組織,培養(yǎng)婦女干部;爭取政治權(quán)利,積極參政議政;強化職業(yè)角色,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟獨立;爭取教育權(quán)力,強化自身素質(zhì);凝聚婦女力量,增強婦女合力。三、概述了新民主主義革命時期鄧穎超婦女解放思想的基本特征。即婦女解放與反帝反封建相結(jié)合,婦女解放與爭取權(quán)益相結(jié)合,婦女解放與婚姻自主相結(jié)合,婦女解放與職業(yè)拓展相結(jié)合等。四、探討了新民主主義革命時期鄧穎超婦女解放思想的現(xiàn)實啟示。即婦女工作必須堅持中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),婦女工作必須融入國家發(fā)展大局,婦女工作必須強化婦女主體意識,婦女工作必須依法維護婦女權(quán)益,婦女工作必須加強中外合作交流。
[Abstract]:Equality between men and women is an important goal of women's development and an important measure of modern civilization. Deng Yingchao is an outstanding leader of the Chinese women's movement, and her emancipation of the mind has played a positive role in promoting the Chinese women's liberation movement. During the New Democratic Revolution, Deng Yingchao attached great importance to the issue of women's liberation, and put forward many new ideas and measures on the issue of women's liberation. The study of the emancipation of women in Deng Yingchao during the New Democratic Revolution can provide a new theoretical perspective and a new path in practice for government departments at all levels to formulate policies and measures to promote women's work, which will promote the healthy growth of women. It is of practical significance to promote the overall development of women and to fully develop women's human resources. This article has carried on the following research to the women emancipate the mind of Deng Yingchao in the new democratic revolution period: first, elaborated the forming condition of the Deng Yingchao women emancipating the mind in the new democratic revolution period. That is, the profound influence of Marxist view on women, the increasing influence of western feminist theory, the urgent need of safeguarding women's human rights, the realistic call of Chinese feminist movement, and the inspiration of heroine's example in history, etc. Second, it analyzes the main contents of the emancipation of Deng Yingchao women in the period of the new democratic revolution. On the one hand, it discusses the significance of women's liberation from the aspects of promoting China's revolutionary process, promoting social harmony and progress, and realizing women's all-round development. On the other hand, put forward a series of measures to realize women's liberation. That is to break through the feudal ethics, strive for equality between men and women; accept the leadership of the party, join the revolutionary practice, improve women's organizations, train women cadres, strive for political rights, actively participate in political affairs, strengthen professional roles, achieve economic independence; Strive for educational power, strengthen oneself quality, agglomerate women's power, strengthen women's joint force. Third, it outlines the basic characteristics of Deng Yingchao women's emancipation of their minds during the new democratic revolution. That is, the combination of women's liberation and anti-imperialist and anti-feudalism, women's liberation and fighting for rights and interests, women's liberation and marriage autonomy, women's liberation and career expansion. Fourthly, it discusses the realistic enlightenment of Deng Yingchao women's emancipation of mind in the period of new democratic revolution. That is, women's work must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, women's work must be integrated into the overall situation of national development, women's work must strengthen women's subjective consciousness, and women's work must safeguard women's rights and interests in accordance with the law. Women's work must strengthen Sino-foreign cooperation and exchanges.
