【摘要】：自中國共產(chǎn)黨立黨以來,“從嚴治黨”思想就是我黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和寶貴經(jīng)驗。不同歷史時期的中國領導人,根據(jù)具體的歷史語境進行了反復實踐與探索,最終形成了具有中國特色的“從嚴治黨”理論體系。本論文的重點是研究中國共產(chǎn)黨以加強自身建設為基礎,以治國理政為背景的從嚴治黨理論與實踐及其在當代的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新問題,尤其是把黨從革命黨轉變?yōu)閳?zhí)政黨以來的反腐肅貪的實踐貫穿于從嚴治黨的歷史過程中來研究,從而加深了對十八大以來反對腐敗斗爭與從嚴治黨關系的認識,加深對反腐敗斗爭與黨執(zhí)政關系的理解。研究建黨至今從嚴治黨的歷史發(fā)展,對黨的歷代領導集體堅持黨要管黨、從嚴治黨的治黨理念進行系統(tǒng)的探討。本文立足于馬克思主義相關理論,梳理了“從嚴治黨”思想的發(fā)展歷程,闡明了毛澤東、鄧小平“從嚴治黨”思想的一致性,為我國當前歷史條件下貫徹從嚴治黨方針,加強中國共產(chǎn)黨的建設提供了強有力的理論基礎。本文對馬克思主義“從嚴治黨”思想發(fā)展歷程及其當代價值的深入梳理和研究,希望對我國當代中國特色社會主義政治文明的建設提供一定的理論借鑒。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the thought of strict administration of the Party has been our party's fine tradition and valuable experience. Chinese leaders in different historical periods have carried out repeated practice and exploration according to the specific historical context, and finally formed the theoretical system of "strictly governing the Party" with Chinese characteristics. The focus of this paper is to study the theory and practice of strict administration of the party and its development and innovation in the contemporary era based on the strengthening of its own construction and the background of governing the country and managing government. In particular, the practice of anti-corruption and corruption since the transformation of the Party from a revolutionary party to a ruling party has been studied throughout the historical process of strict administration of the party, thus deepening the understanding of the relationship between the struggle against corruption and the strict administration of the party since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. Deepen the understanding of the relationship between the anti-corruption struggle and the ruling party. This paper studies the historical development of strict administration of the Party from the founding of the Party to date, and makes a systematic discussion on the idea that the leading collective of the Party has insisted that the Party should be in charge of the Party, and that the Party should be governed strictly by the Party. Based on the relevant theories of Marxism, this paper combs the development course of the thought of "strictly governing the Party", expounds the consistency of the thought of "strictly governing the Party" by Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping, and implements the principle of strict administration of the Party under the current historical conditions of our country. Strengthening the construction of the Communist Party of China provides a strong theoretical basis. This article combs and studies the development course and contemporary value of Marxist thought of "administering the Party strictly", hoping to provide some theoretical reference for the construction of socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics.
