【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,在新形勢(shì)下,黨的十八屆六中全會(huì)指出,“辦好中國(guó)的事,關(guān)鍵在黨”,深刻說明了黨的建設(shè)的重要性。以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央,提出了一系列全面推進(jìn)我國(guó)從嚴(yán)治黨的思想,進(jìn)行許多具有新的歷史特點(diǎn)的偉大斗爭(zhēng),是對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)所面臨的各種危險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn)的深刻反思。傳統(tǒng)文化對(duì)人的影響具有深遠(yuǎn)持久和潛移默化的特點(diǎn),堅(jiān)持文化自信,就意味著黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要在學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)揚(yáng)我國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化中,首先要起到先鋒模范帶頭作用。而儒家文化作為我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,對(duì)當(dāng)前推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)具有重要的時(shí)代價(jià)值。通過對(duì)習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想的梳理,對(duì)應(yīng)地挖掘出儒家文化中具有時(shí)代價(jià)值的有益元素,以更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)儒家文化的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展,是本論文的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)。本文分為四部分:第一部分為緒論,對(duì)本文研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容、研究創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、研究方法等方面作以介紹。第二部分是通過認(rèn)識(shí)我國(guó)所處的時(shí)代背景,在務(wù)實(shí)的理論框架下,理解習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想的理論內(nèi)涵,得出當(dāng)前黨的建設(shè)思想所包涵的精神要義。第三部分是對(duì)應(yīng)地挖掘儒家文化中與習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想相對(duì)應(yīng)的文化元素,研究習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想對(duì)儒家文化元素的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化。第四部分是研究在文化精神的繼承下,以新形勢(shì)下黨的建設(shè)為內(nèi)容,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)儒家精神追求在內(nèi)容上的新發(fā)展,即研究習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想對(duì)儒家文化元素的創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展,充分展現(xiàn)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想的文化底蘊(yùn),以便更好地理解和貫徹習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想。習(xí)近平提出對(duì)待傳統(tǒng)文化要堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展,是習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想對(duì)儒家文化元素進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展研究的理論前提。黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作為先進(jìn)文化的代表,要起到表率作用。在研究習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想對(duì)儒家文化元素進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展的條件下,有助于各級(jí)黨員領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部更好地把握黨中央的精神指示,從而更好地理解習(xí)近平系列重要講話精神,在良好的黨風(fēng)與政風(fēng)引領(lǐng)下,促使我國(guó)社會(huì)風(fēng)氣向更好的方向進(jìn)步。將文化自信體現(xiàn)在黨的建設(shè)中,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨治國(guó)理政能力現(xiàn)代化的應(yīng)有之義,也是推進(jìn)“四個(gè)全面”的應(yīng)有之義。將我國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入到全面從嚴(yán)治黨思想中,無疑是理論和實(shí)踐的要求。只有黨建設(shè)好了,才有了實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”的堅(jiān)實(shí)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of our country's social economy, under the new situation, the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee pointed out that "the key to running China's affairs well lies in the Party", which profoundly explains the importance of party building. Taking Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, the Party Central Committee has put forward a series of ideas of pushing forward the strict administration of the Party in an all-round way, and has carried out many great struggles with new historical characteristics, which is a profound reflection on the various dangers and challenges facing our country at present. The influence of traditional culture on human beings is far-reaching and lasting. Insisting on cultural self-confidence means that the leading cadres of party members should play a pioneering and exemplary role in learning and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of our country. As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, Confucian culture is of great value in promoting the Party's construction. Through combing Xi Jinping's thought of ruling the Party strictly and comprehensively, the beneficial elements of Confucian culture with the value of the times are excavated correspondingly, so as to better realize the creative transformation and innovative development of Confucian culture. This paper is the starting point and the foothold. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the significance of this study, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research goal and content, the research innovation point, the research method and so on. The second part is based on the understanding of the background of our country, under the pragmatic theoretical framework, to understand the theoretical connotation of Xi Jinping's comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and to get the spiritual meaning contained in the current Party building thought. The third part is to explore the corresponding cultural elements of Confucian culture corresponding to the overall strict administration of the party thought of Xi Jinping, and to study the creative transformation of the Confucian cultural elements from the thought of comprehensive strict administration of the party by Xi Jinping. The fourth part is to study the new development of the Confucian spirit in the pursuit of the Confucian spirit under the new situation under the inheritance of the cultural spirit, that is, to study the innovative development of the Confucian cultural elements in the Party's ideology of comprehensive strict administration by Xi Jinping. In order to better understand and implement Xi Jinping's thought of ruling the Party in an all-round and strict manner, the cultural background of the Party's thought of running the Party in a comprehensive and strict manner is fully displayed. Xi Jinping puts forward that we should persist in creative transformation and innovative development in dealing with traditional culture, which is the theoretical premise for Xi Jinping to study the creative transformation and innovative development of Confucian cultural elements in an all-round and strict way. Party members and leading cadres as representatives of advanced culture, to play an exemplary role. Under the condition of studying the creative transformation and innovative development of Confucian cultural elements in Xi Jinping's comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, it is helpful for the leading cadres of party members at all levels to better grasp the spiritual instructions of the Party Central Committee. In order to better understand the spirit of Xi Jinping series of important speeches, under the guidance of good Party style and political style, to promote the social atmosphere of our country to a better direction progress. To embody cultural self-confidence in the construction of the Party is the due meaning of the modernization of the CPC's ability to manage and manage the country, as well as the proper meaning of pushing forward the "four All-round". Undoubtedly, it is the requirement of theory and practice to integrate our excellent traditional culture into the thought of ruling the Party in a comprehensive and strict way. Only when the Party builds well, can we have a solid motive force to realize the great "Chinese Dream" of the Chinese nation.
