【摘要】：建國以來,國有企業(yè)在我國的經(jīng)濟建設中一直扮演著重要的角色,但是隨著今年來經(jīng)濟全球化的趨勢日益強烈和改革開放的不斷深入,國有企業(yè)黨的建設也面臨著新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。一方面在與國際接軌的同時,面臨著外來文化和意識的巨大沖擊;另一方面國內(nèi)改革的不斷深入也需要時時注意調(diào)整工作模式。國有企業(yè)需要進一步加強黨的建設,改革創(chuàng)新,與時俱進,將黨組織政治優(yōu)勢最大限度的轉(zhuǎn)成企業(yè)核心競爭力。論文以馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個代表”重要思想,科學發(fā)展觀以及中國特色社會主義理論體系中黨建的理論為指導,充分了解到在經(jīng)濟全球化的大時代背景下國企黨建工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn),深刻認識黨建工作在國有企業(yè)運營過程中的重要性,尋找國有企業(yè)黨建工作存在的客觀問題。從方向、機制、方法和載體的四個方面,探索新的歷史時期推進國有企業(yè)黨建工作的對策。總之,在當下經(jīng)濟全球化的大環(huán)境下,在國有企業(yè)中開展黨建工作,要敢于創(chuàng)新,將黨的建設工作和國有企業(yè)具體去的實際相結(jié)合,尋求國有企業(yè)黨建工作的新模式和新方法,通過標準化、科技化、規(guī)范化的手段來提高黨建工作的效率,使國有企業(yè)黨建工作朝著全面、協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方向前行。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, state-owned enterprises have been playing an important role in the economic construction of our country. However, with the increasing trend of economic globalization and the deepening of reform and opening up this year, The party building of state-owned enterprise also faces new opportunity and challenge. On the one hand, it is facing the great impact of foreign culture and consciousness while connecting with the international; on the other hand, the deepening of domestic reform also needs to constantly pay attention to adjusting the working mode. The state-owned enterprises need to further strengthen the party building, reform and innovation, keep pace with the times, and turn the party organization's political advantages into the core competitiveness of enterprises to the maximum extent. The thesis is guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of "three represents", the scientific development view and the theory of party building in the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the background of economic globalization, the Party building work of state-owned enterprises is faced with challenges, the importance of party building work in the operation of state-owned enterprises is deeply understood, and the objective problems existing in the party construction work of state-owned enterprises are sought. From four aspects of direction, mechanism, method and carrier, this paper explores the countermeasures to promote the Party building in state-owned enterprises in the new historical period. In short, under the current economic globalization environment, in order to carry out party building work in state-owned enterprises, we must dare to innovate, combine the party building work with the actual conditions of state-owned enterprises, and seek new models and new methods for party building work in state-owned enterprises. By means of standardization, science and technology, standardization to improve the efficiency of the Party building work, so that the state-owned enterprise party building work towards the direction of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
