【摘要】：中國(guó)的一切事情,關(guān)鍵在黨,提高黨的建設(shè)常態(tài)化制度化科學(xué)化水平,關(guān)鍵是抓落實(shí),其中探討黨的建設(shè)常態(tài)化制度化科學(xué)化指標(biāo)的構(gòu)建,是促進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)水平提高的重要途徑。黨的建設(shè)常態(tài)化制度化科學(xué)化指標(biāo)選擇,是以十八大、十八屆六中全會(huì)精神為指導(dǎo),以馬克思主義建黨理論為理論依據(jù),以黨的先進(jìn)性教育活動(dòng)和黨的先進(jìn)性建設(shè)為實(shí)踐依據(jù),以促進(jìn)黨內(nèi)和諧為內(nèi)在依據(jù)。本文從黨的自身建設(shè)內(nèi)容入手,結(jié)合專家學(xué)者的咨詢結(jié)果,運(yùn)用部分與整體相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合、靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)黨的建設(shè)常態(tài)化制度化科學(xué)化指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了有益的探討。
[Abstract]:The key to all things in China lies in the Party. The key is to improve the level of institutionalization and scientization of party building, and the key is to grasp the implementation, among which, to discuss the construction of the standard and scientific indicators for the normalization of party building. It is an important way to improve the level of party building. The regular institutionalization of the party building as a scientific index selection is guided by the spirit of the 18th National Congress and the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, based on the Marxist theory of party building, and on the Party's advanced education activities and the party's advanced construction. To promote inner-party harmony as the internal basis. This paper begins with the contents of the Party's own construction, combines the consulting results of experts and scholars, and applies the methods of combining part with the whole, qualitative and quantitative, static and dynamic. This paper probes into the systematic and scientific index system of the normalization of the Party building.
