【摘要】：重視黨的純潔性建設(shè),是馬克思主義政黨本質(zhì)屬性。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨一直十分重視黨的純潔性建設(shè)。本文以新民主主義革命時(shí)期黨的純潔性建設(shè)作為研究對(duì)象,在分析純潔性建設(shè)基本內(nèi)涵與理論支撐的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)梳理和總結(jié)這一時(shí)期黨的純潔性建設(shè)的理論與實(shí)踐探索,歸納其基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),希望對(duì)于今天保持黨的純潔性提供一定的借鑒。當(dāng)然,這也是我們對(duì)革命先輩們豐功偉績(jī)的深深致敬。純潔性建設(shè),關(guān)系到政黨的存在合理性、合法性和政黨的生命力、發(fā)展前景。政黨純潔性,是政黨建立以后,發(fā)展存續(xù)過(guò)程中所展現(xiàn)出來(lái)的狀態(tài)、行為、實(shí)踐與其宗旨、綱領(lǐng)、目標(biāo)等體現(xiàn)的與政黨的內(nèi)在本質(zhì)屬性之間的相符合的程度。這種相洽性,對(duì)于先進(jìn)的馬克思主義政黨來(lái)說(shuō),顯得更為突出。在馬克思主義政黨的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,要想實(shí)現(xiàn)這種相洽性,必然要在馬克思主義黨的學(xué)說(shuō)指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行提高自身純潔性的理論和實(shí)踐活動(dòng),這一系列的活動(dòng),就叫黨的純潔性建設(shè)�？梢赃@么說(shuō),純潔性是目標(biāo),純潔性建設(shè)是為實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)而采取的實(shí)踐形式。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是馬克思主義指導(dǎo)下的先進(jìn)政黨,加強(qiáng)純潔性建設(shè),是黨的建設(shè)中的應(yīng)有之義。但是,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的純潔性建設(shè)有更為特殊的意義。主要從理論基礎(chǔ)和組織管理、內(nèi)在基因與外在形象、監(jiān)督約束與震懾預(yù)防等方面入手,在思想、組織、作風(fēng)、清廉等方面加強(qiáng)純潔性建設(shè),不斷增強(qiáng)自我凈化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的能力。黨的純潔性建設(shè),首先是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的新民主主義革命實(shí)踐的客觀需要,同時(shí),它的產(chǎn)生又有其重要的理論淵源。馬克思恩格斯的政黨建設(shè)理論中已經(jīng)富含黨的純潔性建設(shè)的思想意蘊(yùn),在他們的革命理論與實(shí)踐中,一直重視黨的純潔性建設(shè),提出了一系列理論原則和要求,這些思想觀點(diǎn),成為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)自身純潔性建設(shè)的重要理論依據(jù)。而列寧在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布爾什維克黨進(jìn)行偉大的蘇維埃革命中的建黨實(shí)踐,則給予了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨直接的理論啟迪。在俄國(guó)的建黨實(shí)踐中,列寧針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)的實(shí)際情況,提出了一系列保持黨的純潔性的觀點(diǎn)、措施和主張,保證了布爾什維克黨奪取政權(quán)和順利執(zhí)政。他的關(guān)于黨的純潔性建設(shè)的思想可以從十月革命前和十月革命后兩個(gè)階段集中體現(xiàn)出來(lái)。同時(shí)還應(yīng)當(dāng)看到,深厚的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化帶給中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的影響,傳統(tǒng)文化中的關(guān)于心性修養(yǎng)的思想與馬克思主義的純潔性建黨思想涵融匯通,給中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的純潔性建設(shè)提供了多維的理論支撐。新民主主義革命時(shí)期,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人在荊棘載途的革命實(shí)踐中,對(duì)黨的純潔性建設(shè)進(jìn)行了艱辛的實(shí)踐探索,在這一實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨逐步形成了一套自身的純潔機(jī)制,通過(guò)思想教育、組織建設(shè)、整風(fēng)運(yùn)動(dòng)、制度建設(shè)、整肅紀(jì)律等措施,淘汰了一批批腐敗者、落伍者,保持了黨的肌體純潔性,為戰(zhàn)勝各種艱難險(xiǎn)阻創(chuàng)造了有利條件。建黨之初,黨就確立了純潔性建設(shè)的基本原則,旗幟鮮明地亮明了自己的奮斗目標(biāo),規(guī)定了黨的組織原則和組織紀(jì)律。大革命時(shí)期,黨把黨員成分純潔、思想純潔、組織純潔看得特別重要。土地革命戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,以毛澤東為代表的中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人,在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民進(jìn)行中國(guó)革命的偉大實(shí)踐中,對(duì)黨的純潔性建設(shè)進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)造性探索。古田會(huì)議首次提出在思想上加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)。遵義會(huì)議結(jié)束了教條主義在黨內(nèi)的統(tǒng)治,純潔了黨的思想,重新樹立了實(shí)事求是的思想路線�？谷諔�(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,整風(fēng)運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)如何加強(qiáng)黨的純潔性建設(shè)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),并取得了巨大成效。黨的七大,對(duì)黨的純潔性建設(shè)的探索較之以前更為全面,在政治上、思想上、組織上和作風(fēng)上的純潔性建設(shè)均有許多重大建樹。解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,黨的純潔性建設(shè)開展的有聲有色,注重組織純潔,謹(jǐn)慎發(fā)展黨員。在土地改革過(guò)程中,創(chuàng)建了"三查""三整"等基層黨的純潔性建設(shè)的新模式。在七屆二中全會(huì)上所提出的"兩個(gè)務(wù)必",彰顯了黨對(duì)執(zhí)政黨純潔性建設(shè)的主動(dòng)性和預(yù)見性。在新民主主義革命時(shí)期,為了建設(shè)一支思想上鞏固政治上堅(jiān)定組織上嚴(yán)整作風(fēng)上清廉的革命隊(duì)伍,黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)此進(jìn)行了艱苦的理論探索。毛澤東明確要求要用無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)思想進(jìn)行軍隊(duì)和黨的建設(shè),創(chuàng)造性地提出了從思想上建黨的原則。要求全黨堅(jiān)決抵制各種反馬克思主義思想的侵蝕,堅(jiān)決同各種違背馬克思主義的錯(cuò)誤思想作斗爭(zhēng),使新民主主義革命沿著正確的路線走下去。劉少奇則把馬克思主義關(guān)于無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)在改造客觀世界的同時(shí)也要改造自己的主觀世界的理論同中國(guó)文化注重個(gè)人修養(yǎng)、崇尚人格完善的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)相結(jié)合,創(chuàng)造性地提出黨性修養(yǎng)理論。許多共產(chǎn)黨員進(jìn)行黨性修養(yǎng)和鍛煉,提高了自身純潔性。周恩來(lái)身體力行黨的純潔性原則,他所制定的修養(yǎng)要?jiǎng)t,體現(xiàn)了他對(duì)純潔性建設(shè)的深刻認(rèn)識(shí)和高度自覺(jué),為全黨樹立了保持純潔性的楷模,開拓了一條純潔性建設(shè)的途徑。朱德在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)革命軍隊(duì)和指揮革命實(shí)踐的過(guò)程中,注重部隊(duì)中黨員的組織紀(jì)律建設(shè),認(rèn)為提高政治覺(jué)悟需要政治訓(xùn)練。陳云最早闡釋黨的純潔性基本內(nèi)涵,認(rèn)為黨必須經(jīng)常有系統(tǒng)地調(diào)劑自己黨員的成分。在黨的第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人那里,黨的純潔性建設(shè)理論從不同角度得以思考和闡述,最終以集體智慧結(jié)晶的形式形成了新民主主義革命時(shí)期黨的純潔性建設(shè)理論。歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)是真知灼見之母。新民主主義革命時(shí)期,既是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民進(jìn)行社會(huì)革命,取得執(zhí)政地位的過(guò)程,也是黨通過(guò)不斷地自我凈化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高,自始至終保持純潔性的過(guò)程。我們黨之所以能取得新民主主義革命的偉大勝利,是與始終把純潔性建設(shè)作為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的本質(zhì)要求,在嚴(yán)酷的環(huán)境中警醒戒惕,秉承正確的政治路線,反對(duì)錯(cuò)誤傾向,采取合適形式,進(jìn)行全方位系統(tǒng)凈化分不開的。歷史實(shí)踐證明,純潔性建設(shè)是黨產(chǎn)生創(chuàng)造力、凝聚力、戰(zhàn)斗力的一脈清源。新民主主義革命時(shí)期黨的純潔性建設(shè)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)集中表現(xiàn)為:其一,黨的純潔性建設(shè)是一個(gè)堅(jiān)定不移的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng);其二,黨的純潔性建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)多方位的系統(tǒng)工程,是黨對(duì)自身的全方位系統(tǒng)凈化,這是黨的純潔性建設(shè)的一條重要規(guī)律;其三,"著重從思想上建黨"是黨的純潔性建設(shè)的重要特色;其四,發(fā)展"真同志"做黨員,這是黨的純潔性建設(shè)的基石;其五,"發(fā)揚(yáng)三大優(yōu)良作風(fēng)",這是黨的純潔性建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵;其六,"厲行廉潔政治",這是黨的純潔性建設(shè)的根本要求。回看歷史,我們能夠看到,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨從篳路藍(lán)縷發(fā)展到了蔚為大觀,勇挑重?fù)?dān),帶領(lǐng)全國(guó)人民完成了民族獨(dú)立和人民解放的歷史任務(wù),與中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨高度重視保持自身純潔性,打造了一支擁有共同目標(biāo)理想、具有戰(zhàn)斗力和凝聚力的黨員隊(duì)伍不無(wú)相關(guān)。新民主主義革命時(shí)期,黨的純潔性建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)極大的開拓了馬克思主義關(guān)于黨的純潔性建設(shè)理論的新境界:思想上建黨,提升了黨的純潔性建設(shè)的新高度;開展集中教育,開辟了黨的純潔性建設(shè)的新模式;認(rèn)識(shí)到制度建黨的重要性,找到了黨的純潔性建設(shè)的新方向。其實(shí)踐價(jià)值在于:純潔性建設(shè)幫助黨戰(zhàn)勝了不足,壯大了自身;純潔性建設(shè)幫助黨贏得了人心,贏得了群眾;純潔性建設(shè)幫助黨克服了險(xiǎn)阻,取得了勝利。新民主主義革命時(shí)期黨的純潔性建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)今天具有重要的啟示意義:要有戰(zhàn)略眼光,明確純潔性建設(shè)的極端重要性;要有系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),抓好黨的純潔性整體建設(shè);要保持思想純潔,堅(jiān)定理想信念;要保持組織純潔,永葆青春活力;要保持作風(fēng)純潔,營(yíng)造良好黨內(nèi)風(fēng)氣;要搞好清正廉潔,堅(jiān)決反對(duì)腐敗;要真管嚴(yán)管長(zhǎng)管,大力加強(qi
