【摘要】：正一如何處理國家、官僚體制與民眾之間關(guān)系,不僅是西方現(xiàn)代國家建設(shè)過程中面臨的難題,也是中國國家治理無法繞過的一道坎。近年來,中共中央在全國范圍內(nèi)開展的群眾路線教育實(shí)踐活動,實(shí)際上就是要解決國家、官僚體制與群眾之間關(guān)系的問題。在這一活動中,執(zhí)政黨特別強(qiáng)調(diào)基層的廣大黨員干部要密切聯(lián)系群眾,改進(jìn)工作作風(fēng),克服官僚主義。因?yàn)榛鶎邮枪倭朋w制與群眾之間的
[Abstract]:How to deal with the state, the relationship between the bureaucracy and the people is not only a difficult problem in the construction of modern western countries, but also an obstacle that can not be bypassed by China's national governance. In recent years, the practice of mass line education carried out by the CPC Central Committee nationwide is actually to solve the problem of the relationship between the state, the bureaucratic system and the masses. In this activity, the ruling party especially stressed that the broad masses of party members and cadres at the grass-roots level should closely contact the masses, improve their work style, and overcome bureaucracy.
