【摘要】：文章基于異質(zhì)性EKC的視角,采用我國省際面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,使用一種新的異質(zhì)性EKC計量模型對地區(qū)碳排放、腐敗與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實證研究,分析了腐敗是否是影響碳排放EKC異質(zhì)性的因素,以及這種影響如何改變碳排放與收入水平之間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):碳排放EKC呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)健的倒U型,腐敗影響了EKC的轉(zhuǎn)折點,但這種影響具有異質(zhì)性,具體表現(xiàn)為低收入地區(qū)腐敗的影響不顯著,而高收入地區(qū)腐敗會顯著提升碳排放EKC的轉(zhuǎn)折點,并且這種影響導(dǎo)致的提升幅度較大。外資流入在高收入地區(qū)對碳排放具有抑制作用,而在低收入地區(qū)則導(dǎo)致碳排放加劇。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of heterogeneity EKC, this paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between regional carbon emissions, corruption and economic growth using a new heterogeneous EKC econometric model based on the interprovincial panel data of China. This paper analyzes whether corruption is the factor influencing the heterogeneity of carbon emissions (EKC) and how this effect changes the relationship between carbon emissions and income levels. It is found that carbon emission EKC shows a steady inverted U shape, and corruption affects the turning point of EKC, but this effect is heterogeneity, which shows that the impact of corruption in low-income areas is not significant. Corruption in high-income areas will significantly increase the turning point of carbon EKC emissions, and this effect will lead to a large increase. The inflow of foreign capital can restrain carbon emissions in high income areas, while in low income areas, it leads to more carbon emissions.
