【摘要】：伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)與社會化媒體的快速發(fā)展,當(dāng)前輿論場中多元與差異的特征日趨明顯;通過對當(dāng)下多元輿論場的內(nèi)涵、形成機(jī)制、演進(jìn)軌跡和語境特征分析,指出在多元輿論場中群體意識下的賦權(quán)行動,很容易導(dǎo)致一種"非理性繁榮"。為科學(xué)有效地調(diào)控與引導(dǎo)多元輿論場輿情的"非理性繁榮",要進(jìn)一步完善輿論場中輿情的輸入與輸出循環(huán)系統(tǒng),注重輿情議程設(shè)置的"共鳴效果"與"溢散效果",拓展與提升不同輿論場域的交集力,積極構(gòu)建黨的現(xiàn)代輿論傳播體系,以提升黨的新聞傳播治理能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology and social media, the characteristics of diversity and difference are becoming more and more obvious in the field of public opinion. It is pointed out that the action of empowerment under group consciousness in the field of pluralistic public opinion can easily lead to a kind of irrational prosperity. In order to scientifically and effectively regulate and guide the "irrational prosperity" of the public opinion in the multivariate public opinion field, we should further improve the input and output circulatory system of the public opinion in the public opinion field. Pay attention to the "resonance effect" and "overflow effect" of the public opinion agenda setting, expand and promote the overlapping force of different public opinion field, construct the party's modern public opinion communication system actively, in order to enhance the party's news communication governance ability.
