【摘要】：正改革近40年來(lái),基層治理已然成為中國(guó)特色國(guó)家治理體系中一道靚麗的風(fēng)景線。廣大人民群眾在城鄉(xiāng)基層自治組織中,依法直接行使民主選舉、民主決策、民主管理和民主監(jiān)督的權(quán)利,對(duì)所在基層組織的公共事務(wù)和公益事業(yè)實(shí)行民主自治,這是當(dāng)代中國(guó)最直接、最廣泛的基層民主實(shí)踐,也是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民主制度的重要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In the past 40 years, grass-roots governance has become a beautiful landscape in the national governance system with Chinese characteristics. The broad masses of the people directly exercise their rights of democratic election, democratic decision-making, democratic management and democratic supervision in urban and rural grass-roots autonomous organizations in accordance with the law, and exercise democratic autonomy over the public affairs and public welfare undertakings of their grass-roots organizations. This is the most direct and extensive practice of grassroots democracy in contemporary China, and it is also an important part of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics.
