【摘要】：中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)馬克思主義人民公仆思想的新發(fā)展主要表現(xiàn)在:第一,在執(zhí)政者必須成為人民公仆的問(wèn)題上,提出了全心全意為人民服務(wù)的根本宗旨、密切聯(lián)系群眾的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)、從群眾中來(lái)到群眾中去的群眾路線、警惕執(zhí)政黨脫離群眾的思想、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)就是服務(wù)的論斷、"三個(gè)有利于"的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、把人民根本利益置于首位的"三個(gè)代表"思想、以人為本的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、立黨為公執(zhí)政為民的本質(zhì)要求、反對(duì)"四風(fēng)"的要求和途徑等;第二,在怎樣當(dāng)好人民公仆并防止其蛻變的問(wèn)題上,建立了人民民主制度,堅(jiān)持反對(duì)官僚主義,堅(jiān)持干部選用科學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),注重世界觀教育改造,發(fā)揮正反典型示范警示作用,以發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主為根本目的推進(jìn)政治體制改革,以立黨為公執(zhí)政為民為根本歸旨推進(jìn)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè),加強(qiáng)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)重塑黨員干部人民公仆形象,深入開(kāi)展反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)打造嚴(yán)厲懲治腐敗分子制度鐵籠。
[Abstract]:The new development of the Marxist people's public servant ideology by the Communist Party of China is mainly manifested in the following aspects: first, on the issue that the rulers must become the people's public servants, the CPC has put forward the fundamental aim of serving the people wholeheartedly and has a fine style of working closely with the masses. The mass line that comes to the masses from among the masses and the vigilance of the ruling party in breaking away from the thinking of the masses, leadership is the judgment of service, the standard of "three benefits", and the "three represents" thinking, which puts the fundamental interests of the people first, The scientific development view of people-oriented, the essential requirement of establishing the party for the public to govern for the people, and the requirement and ways to oppose the "four winds"; second, the people's democratic system has been established on how to be a good public servant of the people and to prevent its transformation. We must persist in opposing bureaucracy, insisting on the selection of scientific standards for cadres, paying attention to the education and reform of the world outlook, giving play to the positive and negative typical demonstration and warning, and promoting the reform of the political system with the fundamental aim of developing socialist democracy. The fundamental aim is to establish the party for the public and to govern for the people, to promote the building of a clean and honest party style, to strengthen the Party's style of work, to reshape the image of the people's public servants of the Party members and cadres, to carry out the anti-corruption struggle in depth, and to build a strict system of punishing corrupt elements.
