【摘要】：正許巧珍,生前是常州市鐘樓區(qū)東頭村社區(qū)黨委書(shū)記。63歲退休后,她放棄了企業(yè)顧問(wèn)的工作,來(lái)到被當(dāng)?shù)厝朔Q(chēng)為"貧民窟"的東頭村,在社區(qū)書(shū)記的崗位上一干就是21年。當(dāng)群眾遇到困難,她總能第一時(shí)間出現(xiàn)在面前,送上精神的安慰,帶去急需的錢(qián)物,尋找解決的辦法。她憑著那份藏在心底的對(duì)群眾的愛(ài),贏得了群眾的愛(ài)戴和尊重,讓人們深刻感悟到一個(gè)優(yōu)秀社區(qū)干部的人生境界。東頭村的人們說(shuō),許書(shū)記好似點(diǎn)亮在東頭村的一盞燈。
[Abstract]:After retiring at the age of 63, she gave up her job as an enterprise consultant and went to Dongtou Village, which the local people call "slums." she worked as a community secretary for 21 years. When the crowd was in trouble, she always appeared in front of her in the first place, offering spiritual comfort, bringing much-needed money, and finding a solution. With the love of the masses hidden in her heart, she won the love and respect of the masses and made people deeply aware of the life state of an outstanding community cadre. People in Dongtou Village said that Xu Secretary seemed to light a lamp in Dongtou Village.
