【摘要】：當(dāng)前,黨內(nèi)特權(quán)現(xiàn)象不僅降低了群眾對黨員干部的信任,影響著黨群干群關(guān)系,而且損壞社會的公平和正義,阻礙社會主義和諧社會的建設(shè),已經(jīng)成為中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)治理的大敵。鑒于黨內(nèi)特權(quán)產(chǎn)生的原因,我們必須認真落實中央全面從嚴(yán)治黨的要求,強化對黨員干部的思想教育,引導(dǎo)黨員干部樹立正確的群眾觀,同時充分發(fā)揮制度的根本作用,建立健全黨員管理的制度機制。
[Abstract]:At present, the phenomenon of inner-party privilege not only reduces the masses' trust in party members and cadres, affects the relationship between the cadres and the masses, but also damages the fairness and justice of society and hinders the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Has become the Communist Party of China's party governance of the enemy. In view of the reasons for inner-party privileges, we must conscientiously implement the requirements of the central authorities to administer the party comprehensively and strictly, strengthen ideological education for party members and cadres, guide party members and cadres to establish a correct view of the masses, and at the same time give full play to the fundamental role of the system. Establish and perfect the system mechanism of party member management.
