【摘要】：本體論是形成黨章理論科學(xué)體系的基礎(chǔ)。本文運(yùn)用馬克思主義哲學(xué)的觀點(diǎn)和方法,對(duì)黨章的本源、本質(zhì)、本體進(jìn)行了研究。首先,分析了黨章產(chǎn)生的歷史必然性和發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)必要性。其次,在確認(rèn)黨章根源于社會(huì)物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)方式的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為黨章本質(zhì)上是統(tǒng)治階級(jí)意志的體現(xiàn),具有階級(jí)意志性和物質(zhì)制約性。最后,通過(guò)對(duì)黨章本質(zhì)的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)論述了黨章本體,特別提出了黨員義務(wù)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨黨章的特殊本體。
[Abstract]:Ontology is the basis for the formation of the theoretical system of the party constitution. In this paper, the origin, essence, and noumenon of the party constitution are studied with the views and methods of Marx's philosophy. First, the historical necessity and the necessity of the development of the party constitution are analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of confirming the party's social material production mode, it recognised that the party Zhang Genyuan is in the form of social material production. In essence, the party constitution is the embodiment of the will of the ruling class, with class will and material constraints. Finally, through the logical structure of the essence of the party constitution, it expounds the body of the party constitution, especially that the party members' obligation is the special noumenon of the party constitution of the Communist Party of China.
