【摘要】：正行賄犯罪檔案查詢是技術(shù)反腐的典型做法,是職務(wù)犯罪預(yù)防的工作創(chuàng)新,有利于社會(huì)信用體系建設(shè)。但其作為一項(xiàng)新的探索,仍存在一些局限與挑戰(zhàn),需處理好與檢察機(jī)關(guān)職責(zé)履行之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)查詢系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的立法化,以充分發(fā)揮查詢系統(tǒng)的功能作用。一、行賄犯罪檔案查詢:技術(shù)反腐的新探索隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)特別是信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,技術(shù)反腐正成為一種不容忽視的反腐手段。當(dāng)然,這里的"技術(shù)"不僅指信息技術(shù),而且包括其他紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察管理系統(tǒng)、電子政務(wù)以及信訪處理平臺(tái)等。大致來(lái)說(shuō),
