【摘要】：江澤民的宣傳教育思想是在人類進入信息化時代、國內(nèi)外形勢發(fā)生劇烈變動的條件下形成的,其理論依據(jù)是馬克思主義宣傳教育理論,實踐基礎(chǔ)是中國共產(chǎn)黨的宣傳教育實踐。在現(xiàn)代社會,由于報紙、刊物、電臺、電視、手機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等媒體的運用,輿論影響力越來越大,宣傳教育的作用越來越凸顯。江澤民面對風云變幻的國際形勢和紛繁復(fù)雜的文化背景,特別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代宣傳教育面臨的新情況,比較系統(tǒng)地論述了宣傳教育的地位和使命、方針和原則、途徑和方法等。他認為宣傳教育是黨的生命的一部分,是黨、政府和人民的喉舌,是黨和國家命運所系的工作,必須用最好的東西武裝人、引導(dǎo)人、塑造人、鼓舞人；堅持為社會主義服務(wù)、為人民服務(wù),弘揚主旋律,講求黨性和真實性,始終把社會效益放在首位；牢固樹立服從服務(wù)于社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)大局的意識,堅守貼近實際、貼近生活、貼近群眾的工作理念,不斷改進和創(chuàng)新工作方式方法,營造良好的氛圍和環(huán)境。江澤民的宣傳教育思想,具有堅定的原則性、鮮明的主體責任意識、將黨性與人民性相統(tǒng)一等特色,強調(diào)堅持馬克思主義的指導(dǎo)地位,使領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)牢牢掌握在真正的馬克思主義者手里,發(fā)揚“政治家辦報”傳統(tǒng),注重加強宣傳教育隊伍的建設(shè),要求宣傳教育工作者保持“人類靈魂的工程師”的形象,科學管理宣傳教育事業(yè)。江澤民的宣傳教育思想,豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義宣傳教育理論,是當代中國宣傳教育的行動指南,也是新時期反對錯誤思想傾向的銳利武器。
[Abstract]:Jiang Zemin's thought of propaganda and education was formed under the condition that mankind entered the information age and the situation at home and abroad changed dramatically. The theoretical basis is Marxist propaganda and education theory, and the practical basis is the propaganda and education practice of the Communist Party of China. In modern society, due to the use of newspapers, publications, radio, television, mobile phones, the Internet and other media, public opinion has become more and more influential, and the role of propaganda and education has become more and more prominent. In the face of the changing international situation and the complicated cultural background, especially the new situation of propaganda and education in the network era, Jiang Zemin systematically discusses the status and mission, principles, ways and methods of propaganda and education. He held that propaganda and education are part of the party's life, the mouthpiece of the party, the government and the people, and the destiny of the party and the state. It is necessary to arm, guide, shape and inspire people with the best of things and must persist in serving socialism. To serve the people, to carry forward the main melody, to stress the Party spirit and authenticity, to always put social benefits first, to firmly establish the consciousness of serving the overall situation of socialist modernization, to stick to the reality and to live, Close to the working concept of the masses, constantly improve and innovate the working methods, create a good atmosphere and environment. Jiang Zemin's thought of propaganda and education has the characteristics of firm principle, clear consciousness of subject responsibility, unifying party spirit and people's character, and emphasizing the guiding position of Marxism. To firmly hold the leadership in the hands of the true Marxists, carry forward the tradition of "running newspapers by politicians," pay attention to strengthening the construction of propaganda and education teams, and require propaganda and education workers to maintain the image of "engineers of the human soul." Scientific management propaganda and education. Jiang Zemin's thought of propaganda and education enriches and develops Marxist theory of propaganda and education. It is the guide of action of propaganda and education in contemporary China and the sharp weapon against the tendency of wrong thought in the new period.
